It was diaaster
Pros:

There is nothing loved or liked about the property

Cons:

It was not clean, bed sheets are not clean, washroom were full stained, staff was very rude, in midnight they switched off there reception phone and we kept on calling , no kettle was provided

It was a worst experience.
Pros:

Very limited and unhygienic

Cons:

Breakfast was very limited. Only Poha and Aalu Puri. For tea there were no cups only disposable cups of very very small size were given. Dinner was not available, we were asked to get the food from outside as kitchen was not operational. Swimming pool was uncleaned.

Non-cooperative staff
Cons:

Invoice for the payment done was not provided on checkout. When i asked for invoice, i was told by hotel staff that since i had booked online, i will get invoice on booking.com. Receptionist said they can not provide me the invoice. However i need it for onward submission to my office

A WORST HOTEL STAY OF MY LIFETIME!
Pros:

Other than the location that suited me work wise, there was nothing in place.

Cons:

No one was there to check us in for about 20-25 mins. Thereafter the rooms they offered were with either plumbing issue, WC broken or bed itself semi broken. No HOT water in washrooms even in winters like this, 12 Degrees C.
Finally we had to settle for one as it was bit late in night, then they do not have any kitchen operational, no room service. The kettle provided is for warming water, no tea bags, Dirty towels, Only 1 Bell Boy & he is the helper too amongst 99 rooms.
No dryer, No WIFI, No DTH (not recharged in months, it seems).
If u miss the breakfast time viz. 08:30 to 10:30am, then u have to go OUT of hotel to feed urself.

Ultimately, a WORST kind of Hotel experience ever.

IF THIS WAS THE LAST PLACE AVAILABLE ON THE MAP, then also I will rather go 20 Kms away for another lovable place.

Very disappointed
Pros:

Clean linen and room size

Cons:

Seems it’s a fraud property where they r running hotel without any facility- no food, very limited staff and not prepared for guests. They denied room service and asked us to order from zomato/ Swiggy, they denied hot water in bathroom, they had no food left for us for breakfast though we were there at 9:20 and finish time was 10:30. The staff showed their helplessness with no support form management.
