The bed mattress was sagging, fire alarm went off in the middle of both nights we stayed, very disruptive to sleeping, staff were not communicative about the problem and what they were doing to resolve it and were actually quite rude when asked

Great location.....definitely recommend
Pros:

All about the location. Fantastic views over the harbour. Standard of food, was good and plentiful. On street parking straight out side..

Cons:

A fan in the room would have been good, Unable yo open windows fully, and being at the top of the building.......very hot

Gute Lage, die Zimmer völlig ausreichend, sehr gutes Essen!

Cons:

Trotz Email wurde der Tisch für das Abendessen nicht reserviert. Es ist auch keine Antwort auf das Email gekommen. Sonst war das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

De douche helemaal verstopt, raam stond open en nauwelijks dicht te krijgen. Bedden erg kort. Kamer mist een stoel, kastjes dat soort dingen. Ullapool ronduit saai. Niets te beleven. Zou leuk havenstadje zijn maar valt tegen
