Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Da Nang.
Pros:

I loved everything about this hotel! Convenient location to get to pickup points for tours. Very cheap by Grab Bike. Stunning views from the hotel. Amazing breakfast.

Definitely will be back highly recommend staying here the staff and facilities are excellent

We loved the rooms the breakfast selection was one of the best that we have had the glass floor was a surprise
Great views of the river and city and the meals in the rooftop were great we were there for the international fireworks final and were not disappointed

Todo, es un excelente hotel, limpio , las habitaciones son confortables las camas son muy cómodas , las piscinas son limpias el desayuno es delicioso variado, te prestan bicicletas sin costo, te asesoran para hacer cualquier actividad en la ciudad, el personal es increíble es atento, amable te ofrecen agua sin costo en la habitación. Quiero resaltar y agradecer especialmente a Lucie en servicio al cliente- recepción, es una gran persona nos ayudó todos los días y nos asesoró muy bien, siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudarnos y a escuchar cualquier necesidad que tuviéramos. Durante nuestra estadía ella hizo que nuestra experiencia en Da Nang fuera memorable y siempre la recordaremos sin duda volveríamos a este hotel y lo recomendaremos. Queda en una zona tranquila un poco lejos del mercado pero se puede ir caminando al dragon bridge o usar las bicicletas que presta el hotel, Agradecimiento especia a Lucie y Lucas son los mejores!!!

Very fancy. Welcomed and personal check in
Rose in guest services arranged some great tours and transfers. It is surely not possible to find a more professional or sweet ambassador to a hotel. Made the stay so much more memorable

Good price but beware of the traps.
Pros:

Great room. Great shower. Good design. Nice and comfy bed.

Cons:

The pool bar on the 10th floor demands a minimum charge of 300,000 VDN per person when coming in for a night cap in the evening. The fact that we were hotel guests did not matter. We felt it was a rip-off and ride. Looked for a bar outside.
Also: the hotel puts near the free water and coffee some snacks. Nobody said anything about them being for a fee and no price list was provided as proof. I tried one. It was horrible. Threw it in the bin. When we checked out they made a sweep of the room to see if we took something and came back accusing us of taking the snack without paying. It was embarrassing. We are talking about 15 cents!!!!
