it went well, would highly recommend.
Pros:

the staff were very accommodating and helpful, the rooms were clean, spacious, and the food was great as well.

Not too expensive all bacis covered clean hotel
Pros:

It was good and tasty. It's basic but was good

Cons:

It's mostly a 2 star hotel. Compared to other 3 star hotel in the area, 2 star is the most that can be assigned to BD hotel. The shower was trick to get to work. Would keep switching back to the downspout

Strongly recommend
Pros:

The hotel is close to everything that you want. The staff are very nice and kind. I always have a hard time waking up in the morning for breakfast. The staff gave me morning calls and reminded me about the breakfast just to make sure I don’t miss it. Strongly recommend this to anyone who visits Thimphu.

Superb staff
Pros:

Staff were absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough. Food was good also.
One young lady on reception was outstanding and loaned me money for a taxi (I had no currency and was going to walk to the exchange)

Cons:

Don't use additional services as they are expensive.
Paid US$45 for taxi from airport (organised and quoted by hotel owner). All local cabs quote US$15.
I cancelled return journey and took a local cab driver

Comfortable, clean, friendly
Pros:

The beds were nice and soft and warm. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. You can walk to a beautiful new park on the river.

The BD hotel staff was friendly, its rooms and dinning facilities were comfortable and clean.
Pros:

The BD Hotel's breakfast and dinner were excellent. The dinning room area is comfortable, well lit, and clean. The food was fresh, well prepared. Importantly, server Mr. Sajan provide top service, friendless, and professionalism, this made my experience pleasant.

Cons:

The BD was a pleasant and comfortable hotel to stay. I may recommend a better heating system, however, when asked for an extra portable heater, I was assisted immediately.

Nice place to stay while in Thimphu.
Pros:

Everyone was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and the bed felt great. The breakfast was huge and I could barely eat everything, and so you get plenty of energy for the day's activities. I like the fact that this hotel is located in a more residential/local business area instead of the regular tourist spots. You get a better feel of everyday life in Thimphu.

Everything was very nice and tidy

Cons:

I didn't like the bed as it was very squeaky.. couldn't even turn around in the bed or else you would wake up from the squeaky sound of bed

Very nice hotel, does what you need it to do. The staff are all great.
Pros:

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Food was good quality and very reasonably priced. Nice comfortable bed. Special mention to Benami (sorry for the spelling) who served us our meals each day and was great.

Cons:

Slightly noisy on occasion but nothing too bad.
