Great little hotel, best location.
Pros:

Perfect location and well-suited for travelers. Is completely self-check in, so you don't need to talk to anybody to get it. It's clean, and the rooms are comfortable.

We got there late because we came from the US. Didn’t have to worry about it because they had little lockboxes for each room on the outside that you can open individually .

Good location but check details when booking
Pros:

Location was very good. If you don t have much luggage you can travel free by bus from San Juan international airport on bus Nr 5. The staff that were cleaning the apartment were nice and tried to help .. walking distance to the beach and restaurants close by.

Cons:

No possibility to leave luggage upon arrival or before departure. There is somewhere close by 5 mins away which the hotel suggested. Administration replies to what they want and not to all the questions. The withholding fee is high. 250 usd. The room has no windows and at one point on first night it felt suffocating. There is no proper ventilation. I could have missed this in the description when I booked. Also I could dnell a drainage smell and hear what people are saying in next room.

Very clean, pretty, excellent location

Cons:

No window in the room was extremely disconcerting. The whole check in process was awkward and confusing. (Wrong code given, some difficulty with the lock box, weird entry, a lot of stairs). No hairdryer was very annoying.

The room was clean.

Cons:

Getting into the property was very difficult in the directions were not clear. The management weren’t easy to contact and had to play phone tag. With it being nighttime in a vagrant staying in front of the property it was kind of scary. Additionally, there was no elevator to the second floor so I had to drag multiple pieces of luggage up multiple flights of stairs when I finally didn’t get the key. There was also another customer there who was having the same problem as me with getting their key. Inside of the room I didn’t like that. There was here on my towels and that the shower flooded the entire bathroom and into the living area of the room due to poor drainage. There was also no microwave even in a common area that we could access.
