Comfy beds, near dong hoi station
We went during new year tet celebrations so we can excuse some things but perhaps they should not have opened as there was very limited staff/ food / help.
Bed was uncomfortably hard. The hot water pressure was poor. Location was a business district with no restaurants or shops. When we checked in at 6pm the hotel restaurant was closed. Front desk said we could order room service but when we called they were out of anything we could eat.
Room was comfy, area was very quiet. Staff were helpful enough.
Staff wanted a review before I'd even seen the room. Was told I was upgraded to a king room as there was no doubles left. Although went to the room and it was a double, the exact room we'd booked in fact. Friendly and clean enough, although spa listed as open and wasn't. Pool was OK.
I recently stayed at tis hotel in April and had a great experience. The chamber was clean, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The pool was a great spot to relax after a hot day of tourism, and the efficient AC made the room very comfortable. Moreover, I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived several hours before check-in unannounced, and the staff graciously accommodated us by providing a room early.

The hotel is really quiet and we got a good sleep.
We booked a suite which was supposed to have a couch but the couch was removed from our room. In general, the description did not match the room. Furthermore, it was dirty and there was a lot of hair on the floor.
In general, the hotel felt really luxurious and fancy, the rooms were amazing and really comfortable. I was impressed when I walked into my room, it was stunning, and the view was great as well. Location was ok, not too far from the bus station to go to Phong Nha so that's a plus.
The breakfast was pretty bad, but to their credit, they refunded me the money for the buffet breakfast, which was nice. I would just suggest checking out the food before you buy the breakfast buffet ticket, maybe I just was there on a bad day or something.
