Pros:

I like the room it's clean and tidy..and the view is amazing.

Pros:

I like that the property had 2 rooms, nice view, easy to get a ride, good water supply, plenty of hangers, clean.

Cons:

When we came in, the room had a slight smell, similar to dried fish. Maybe the previous occupant were cooking dried fish.

There was no washing machine with dryer.

Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig, aber nicht das wir nicht erwartet haben.
Pros:

Nähe zum Flughafen, bewachte Wohnanlage

Cons:

Matratze ist nicht bequem (uneben), Schrank unter der Spüle ist nicht sauber (hat gestunken, Wasserleitung unter der Spüle ist undicht).
Großes Problem ist, dass man nach der Ankunft in Davao nicht sofort in die Unterkunft bzw. das Gepäck abgeben kann, bevor die Wohnungsübergabe stattfindet.
Außerdem sind Stühle auf dem Balkon dreckig, so dass wir diesen nicht nutzen konnten.

Great and worth it
Pros:

Beautiful and wonderful location close to the airport. Beautiful view. Clean and elegant. The owner is helpful and kind. I highly recommend it.

Cons:

Everything was great except for the smell from the bathroom which may be due to a construction error.

Nice Samal Seaview
Pros:

Very well equipped. Comfortable. Loved sitting on the balcony looking at sea view to Samal island. Very helpful security staff.
Helpful communications from ms Lucita (manager).

Cons:

Somewhat further from sm lanang than anticipated. Maybe 15 min taxi ride.

I would not ever book again

Cons:

There was a really bad smell 0f sewage from the drains in the bathroom, which made the appartment smell. Also the television and speaker did not work , it may have to do with the extension lead plug which was sparking

Beware...
Pros:

The place is very homey. Very comfortable beds. Everything you need was right there.

Cons:

The property owner was strange! She said she is banned from Booking.com and only accepts cash yet the full price was taken from my card as a "security deposit" even though they have no way of accessing the money apparently. I had to pay twice before I could leave while the security guard oversaw the payment and hoped I got refunded. The booking was cancelled by the owner and money refunded luckily. Really felt like I was being scammed at first but I think it is lack of knowledge as a school student runs this property.

Great location
Pros:

- Location is a prime advantage for this property. Accessible to public transport, near to big malls and 7eleven and most specially to the Airport. Closeby to the barge going to samal island as well. Although we didn't meet the owner but they were reachable anytime and assisted us with our questions.

- Room was clean and tidy.
- Great view of the samal island
- Owner was organized with our check in process.
