Personel jest bardzo miły, uroczo wita i żegna każdego gościa. Hotel wygodnie położony, blisko dworca, dobry punkt na bazę wypadową do zwiedzania Tokio, czysto, wygodne łóżko, sprawna klimatyzacja, bardzo dobrze mi się spało ;)

Cons:

Kilka drobnych rzeczy zwróciło moją uwagę; troszkę brakowało miejsca na rozłożenie drugiego dużego bagażu podróżnego, przydałyby się też jakiś pilot do klimatyzacji bo panel jest daleko od łóżka i jakaś półka koło/nad łóżkiem. Niemniej, to drobne sprawy, hotel jak najbardziej warty polecenia! :)

意外と静かで、朝の騒音も気になりませんでした。

Pros:

完全なこちらのミスにも関わらず、スタッフの方々がなんとかしてくれて、本当に助かりました。急な宿泊に慌てていたこともあり、大変救われました。お見送り等のおもてなしも大変気持ちがよく、知人に絶対紹介したいと思える宿でした。

清掃が行き届いていない所がチラホラ・・・

ゆっくりできた
Pros:

エントランスは、たくさんの方々か出入りするので、色んな匂いがしたのですが、室内は香水のような匂いもなく、リラックスできました。

Cons:

冷凍庫がしっかりある冷蔵庫が欲しかった。

Pros:

Amazing staff. Great facilities and perfect location to visit Chiyoda. Only drawback was the very thin mattress. Probably not a problem for everyone but for us from Norway used to big double mattresses it was a little problematic to sleep. Everything else was amazing would recommend everyone that travels to Chiyoda for a few nights
