Good location, good price, comfy bed, no Do Not Disturb or Please Clean My Room
Pros:

The location was relatively really close to Kanda stations and some nice restaurants. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

There was no way to inform the staff wether or not you would like to have your room cleaned on any specific day. There was no "Do not disturb" sign, or "Please clean my room" sign that you could leave for the cleaning staff. After partying late in Shinjuku, this would have been nice to have.

-Lage (ideale ÖV-Verbindungen)
-Zimmer sind nicht hellhörig
-Personal hilfsbereit

Cons:

-Die Grösse der Zimmer werde ich NICHT als Minuspunkt aufzählen, da diese Zimmergrössen in Japan absolut üblich sind

Everything. Staff was amazing, room was small (like everywhere almost in Japan, nothing bad with it) quiet and had everything I needed.
