Great location
Pros:

The appartment was nice, clean, comfortable

Cons:

The building itself needs a serious update. It hasnt changed since 35 years. So, outdated. Also I believe the pooltable in the hall should be free of charge. The building just does not feel pleasant. The appartment did.

Nice host, clean and close to Nordic ski trails
Pros:

Just a minute from the Nordic Ski trails. The host was super nice and responsive. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Nice bath tub. We arrived late due to travel issues and the host was still there to great us.

Cons:

The room was too warm for us. We turned off all of the registers in the rooms and it still was uncomfortably hot especially for sleeping. Possibly if we would have mentioned the host would have done something for us.

Pros:

It's been the second time we stayed in Chesa Clois and planning to return. Ms. Gerber is a fantastic host, very helpful and would always get an extra mile to help the guests. The apartment is very well located in the town centre, walking distance to the lake. The room was clean and spacious. Highly recommended.
