Pros:

Schöne Anlage , sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Bungalow mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Zwar keine Klimaanlage, sondern nur Ventilator, aber Klimaanlage war auch nicht notwendig. Man kann hervorragenden Käse aus der hoteleigenen Molkerei günstig erwerben.

Cons:

Espressomaschine auf dem Zimmer, aber Kapseln dazu soll man im Restaurant kaufen, das sollte eigentlich im Preis drin sein.

Pros:

Great spot in the middle between two volcanoes and cabins neatly sitting in a lush garden with a multitude of well-kept hot spring pools! The food in the restaurant is also very good, huge servings and affordable. And the family running the place is very friendly and helpful — all to a moderate price!

Hot Springs Gem
Pros:

The bungalows are very private. There are multiple hot spring pools on the site with a view of the Miravalles volcano, it's absolutely gorgeous and relaxing! The restaurant on site is cheap and really good, and the staff is really kind!

Cons:

There's no AC in the bungalows, but you can open the windows (there are screens for the bugs) and there's a fan in the room

A rare gem
Pros:

Beautiful location and an exceptionally welcoming owner - Carlos. You have a choice of 7 thermal pools on your doorstep, and one or two resident sloths if you take a 200 m walk. Good choice for breakfast, and dinner.

Urige Bungalows im tollen Garten. Sehr familiär alles.

Cons:

Holzbungalows eher rustikal. Keine Klimaanlage nur Fan. Bei Wind oder Regen wackelt quasi alles bis zum Dach.

Sehr schön um etwas zu entspannen
Pros:

Es hat uns sehr gut dort gefallen. Wir waren nur für einen Tag dort. Sehr schön angelegte Pools. Die Bungalows sind schön eingerichtet und sauber. Personal war immer freundlich. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen Willkommensdrink.

Just an all-around pleasure to have stayed there.
Pros:

We didn't know what to expect before we arrived. And what we experienced was a property that was so well cared for, a restaurant that served great food and the best hosts you could hope for.

Pros:

I liked that it was easy to get to from Liberia and that the little cabin was spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The 7 hot spring pools are delightful, each has a different temperature from hot to warm. There is also a swimming pool. They keep the pools very clean draining and refilling in rotation. All the dairy products are made on site as the property also has a working dairy farm.

Cons:

Only thing was the gigantic power lines around the property, which I guess is because a lot of electricity is generated from the thermals and wind in the area. Not their fault at all but would be nice to not see them.

Welcoming stay
Pros:

My family loved our stay! We really enjoyed the hot springs and having a great on-site restaurant. The staff was absolutely wonderful and made our experience even better. It's so fun to have local families around enjoying the hot springs too, my son loved playing with the local kids.
