Cons:

Everything.
The place looks nothing like the pictures, the staff are too lazy to assist.
Super dirty pool, bed sheets has yellow spots (god knows what is that?)
Amenities are not for free.
Insects everywhere and they bite hard, not just mosquitoes, my child got blue spot on his back and I don't know if it's from bed or from insects.

Worst experience in my life, never ever going to such place, and I would not recommend it for any family,

We checked out after 1 night only.
