They still haven't returned the $300 deposit they took from my card.
Cons:

I was in Los Angeles, and they haven't returned my $300 deposit from the bank.
It's a scam, it's a robbery.
I'm still waiting for an answer because they stole $300 from my card.

Check in was difficult, front office staff is out sourced, so there is a language barrier. There is no management whatso

Property was okay. Cleaners didn’t speak english so communication was not possible. Details of the property are not disclosed. They lied about the deposit. DO NOT BOOK if you plan to cancel, even before arrival, they will keep your money.

Cons:

This property has absolute terrible management.

Horrible place to stay.
Pros:

Nothing. The place was nothing like the discription on the website. I compared the description on booking.com to the conditions I found upon arrival. I have traveled all around the country and this place was by far the worst.

Cons:

No kitchen on first level ... no provisions for handicap access ... no parking ... no television ( tv did not work throughout my 31 day stay. Washing machine was broken and was never repaired. Customer care was none responsive except to say no refunds.... I took pictures of everything

A complete scam: promised parking that didn't exist, refused refunds, and wasted my time and money
Pros:

Absolutely nothing to like about this place. The only "positive" thing I can say is that it taught me a valuable lesson: always double-check everything and trust no one, especially not the lies they post on booking websites.
The whole experience was a complete disaster from start to finish. False advertising, terrible customer service, and outright theft of my money. If there's one thing to "like," it's the relief I felt when I finally gave up on getting my refund and walked away from this nightmare of a property. At least I didn't waste any more of my time staying in what was probably a dump anyway.

These thieves lied about having onsite parking and then refused to refund my money! 🚫💰
I arrived to find ZERO onsite parking, despite it being clearly advertised. Only sketchy street parking available, which was completely full anyway. The neighborhood looked dodgy, and I didn't feel safe leaving my car there overnight.
When I tried to cancel, the property management ghosted me. Multiple calls and follow-ups later, still no refund. They're keeping my money for a service they can't even provide! 😡
Booking.com has been useless in resolving this. They're complicit in this bait-and-switch scheme.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Don't fall for their false advertising like I did. These people are crooks who will take your money and leave you stranded. Worst experience ever! 🤬
If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely disgraceful business practices.
