Pros:

It was close to hotel and Mahmut the manager was able to help me get a cab to the airport nearby. Beautiful view of the Black Sea, in-door dining options, and great affordability. I recommend it !

Room with a view, but not so nice
Pros:

The room had a view of the Black Sea and air conditioning which was nice. But unfortunately, the shower and bathroom was not well cleaned, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the whole floor of the suite room was tilted so much that my water bottle and other items rolled toward the wall; something tripped the breaker and the power went out in our room and the entry hall for a while (thankfully assistance was immediate), and there is essentially no sound proofing, so you can hear every car or motorbike or airplane overhead. I'm glad we were there only half the night as we had an early AM flight. The host arranged an airport shuttle for us at 3:30am, which was $30USD and took a out 20 minutes.
The place is affordable and will do in a pinch, but know that you get what you pay for, which isn't much.

Pros:

The couple who run the place are very sweet and attentive. The food was fresh and delicious. We got a room with a view and enjoyed seeing the Black Sea for the first time.

I doubt that this is a hotel and even our driver had a hard time finding it!! When we arrived they weren't expecting us and they didn't find our reservation and when they eventually did find it, there were no rooms. We were then escorted to his friend's house where we were given a room and the impression was that this was a Airbnb. I would strong not recommend this establishment. We were fortunate that it was for only 1 night that we had booked!!

Pros:

Good stay for short period of time. Beautiful beach view. We were there just for a few hours to rest up to catch our flight in the evening. The hotel owner was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. However, try not to eat in their restaurant, overly charged. Other than that, it was good.

Pros:

Used razor and no trash can in room. Looked like cat/dog feces on the curtains.. Dog left in room barked all afternoon. "Hotel" name has been removed and replaced with a travel agency.

Manzarası çok güzel çok memnun kalmış birbiriniz manzaralıydı fakat odada eksikler var buzdolabı yoktu saç kurutma makinesi yarım yamalak çalışıyordu klima sıcak üflemiyordu gece biraz üşüdük sıcak su az geliyordu diye yeterli duş havlusu yoktu oranın sahibi yüksek ihtimalle Türk düşmanı olduğundan kaynaklı bize erken çıkarmaya çalıştı ama biz tam vaktinin de çıktık genelde yabancı da ağırladıklarını söyledi Türkleri genelde istemiyorlarmış sadece yabancıları konaklanmasına çok memnun kalmadım
