Siamo stati accolti con professionalità, grazia e simpatia in una struttura da favola
Pros:

Posizione centralissima, la struttura è un tempio ed è una favola potervi soggiornare. Ottimo il ristorante, colazione assolutamente all'altezza della struttura.

Cons:

Mi è piaciuto tutto. La camera è confortevole anche se non molto grande. Anche il bagno è un po' piccolo ma dotato di tutto quel che serve

Una pequeña maravilla en el centro de Ubud
Pros:

Cogimos una habitación familiar. era enorme con tres habitaciones. Las habitaciones eran de tipo actual, muy bien decoradas y bastante agradables. La cocina era muy normalita (sin uso real para nada en nuestro caso). La parte exterior de nuestra habitación y el hotel en si es una autentica maravilla, realmente bonita. Es un antiguo palacio rehabilitado, pequeñito pero muy acogedor. Tiene una pequeña piscina para poder purificarse. La ubicación es inmejorable, justo enfrente del palacio real.

Cons:

Cosas incontrolables, estaban de obras para restaurar cosas en la entrada principal. No resulto ser una molestia aunque estaba cerca de nuestra habitación ya que salíamos temprano en la mañana.

Staff at all levels were unfailingly charming, helpful and friendly. Ayuk was especially caring when I had a fall.

Central, clean, friendly, quiet, comfortable 👌
Pros:

Location was fantastic, staff very helpful, not noisy, very clean and super comfortable.

Cons:

No parking was annoying for our drivers. No signage at night meant we could not find the hotel.

Pros:

Hele bijzonder accommodatie, echt een culturele ervaring en alles ziet er prachtig uit. Locatie is geweldig omdat je op een rustig hof zit midden in de drukke stad. Personeel was erg vriendelijk!

Pros:

地理位置一流，服务人员相当热情周到，酒店整体也很豪华，周边吃饭地方非常多。

Cons:

对于连续住很多晚的住客来说，早餐略单一，因为不是自助式；另外，如果在二楼，每天上上下下也有那么点辛苦，当然，服务人员会主动拿行李。

A very good experience especially it was my first visit to Bali.
Pros:

Best black coffee we had during our visit to Bali. Always asked for refills as part of the set breakfast. Fantastic compound as it was a former residence of the Ubud royalty. What attracted me to the place was the cultural experience as well as the central location. The hotel is opposite the Ubud Palace and close to other attractions such as the Water Palace, Campuhan Ridge, Monkey Forest. We were quietly surprised when they presented each of us a key holder/luggage tag engraved with our names.

Cons:

The key drawback is the traffic, human as well as vehicular. But once inside the hotel, it is quiet and peaceful.

If you want to stay right in the center of downtown Ubud about this is your place
Pros:

The property was such a surprise coming from the loud city streets of Ubud walking in was like walking into another world entirely. The beauty of the architecture was breathtaking on the inside, and the staff was extraordinarily warm.

Cons:

The rooms were our least favorite part. They were very clean but pretty small. However, we didn’t care because we hardly spent any time in the room.

Beautiful, literal palace - 5 stars ⭐️
Pros:

We stayed here a few weeks ago as part of our honeymoon and it’s a total hidden gem that not many people, even locals, know about yet. The staff are phenomenal, especially Aiyu! Breakfast was amazing every day, the cleaning was spotless, and they even went out of their way to accommodate my husband’s gluten allergy. We have already told our family to stay here on their upcoming Bali trip!

Pros:

Genuine jewel in the hart of Ubud. Exceptional staff, a lot of history if you ask them about the palace, Bali royalty… Quiet and large rooms, great breakfast and all kinds of activities.

It was a unique and genuine historical experience, staying amidst real former royal palace walls and beautifully preserved carvings that truly brought the history of Ubud to life. This unique heritage stay offers an unmatched atmosphere conveniently located right in the busy heart of Ubud. Waking up to the peaceful sounds and fragranced of nature right in the center of town was incredible. The hospitality was kind and attentive from check-in to check-out. Additionally, the à la carte breakfast—featuring an excellent choice of local delights, beverages, and international dishes—was a true indulgence served on the authentic palatial patio.

Nothing at all. Everything functions perfectly and only adds to the property's historic charm.
