落ち着いた雰囲気で過ごせる寺院の中のホテル
Pros:

スタッフが皆親切だった。
通常のホテルのイメージではなく、寺院の中の宿泊施設という感じであった。
落ち着いた雰囲気の中で過ごすことが出来た。
場所がウブドの中心地で、地元タクシーからの規制があってGrabタクシーがホテルまで来てくれなかった。
Grabバイクはホテルまで来てくれたので荷物が無い時はGrabバイクを利用した。
チェックアウト時にネーム入りのキーホルダーをお土産としてくれたのは、粋なはからいであった。

Beautiful stay in the heart of Ubud
Pros:

It was incredibly beautiful! You felt like you were transported back in time and were staying in a temple/palace. if you want to be in the heart of Ubud, it is perfect. It is right in the middle of Ubud, across from the palace, but despite this, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful within the hotel grounds.

Cons:

They can improve upon how they give out information. They gave you a tablet with Google folders. It was hard to navigate and figure out what activities they had and when. Also, we ordered their afternoon tea and it said it included a visit to the purifying pool, etc. They basically just brought us a fancy platter and some tea. It was very disappointing.

Pros:

Exceptional hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the staff and welcomed with refreshing drinks. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and cleaned daily. The location is fantastic too - just a short walk from Ubud Palace, the art markets, and many great restaurants and shops. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Pros:

Really beautiful hotel in a central location. We were able to book a room at a discount via Booking.com which was great. Staff were hospitable and the room was very clean!

Cons:

We stayed for one night, and both times we showered, we ran out of hot water within 5 minutes of starting. The hotel was also undergoing some restoration construction which made it quite confusing to find the hotel entrance - a heads up would have been nice to make access simpler.

In this hotel, you feel that you are a king or queen.
The rooms are clean, staff are kind and respectful, the garden is beautiful.
And you will face a few surprises 😁
The breakfast is tasty and fresh.
Overall, this hotel is one of the best hotels that I have been.

また必ず滞在したい! アクセスの良さ、昼間の観光拠点、周辺で夜に行われている色々な伝統芸ショーに近い
Pros:

生まれて初めて「演出付き」のホテルに滞在しました。良いサプライズが沢山あったのですが滞在時のお楽しみとしてここへは書きません(しかし本当に宿泊をおすすめします!)。
ウブドでは相場より宿泊代が高めですが滞在価値は十分にありました。綺麗に清掃されたお部屋、洗面所(トイレ、浴室)など本当に快適でした。またウブド中心部にありながらとても静かでした(わずかにバイクの音は時々聞こえますが中心部としては許容範囲内です)。
私の両親は朝食付きで滞在しましたが毎朝６種類ほどから自由にメインを選べてとても満足していました。
近くにはコンビニ、ランドリー、飲食店なども豊富で何も困りません。交通量は多いので注意は必要です。

また従業員さんがどなたも親切で、おしゃべり好きで、日本のことも好きで楽しい時間がありました。次の「良くなかった点」に記載する問題だった点もメッセージアプリで伺うとすぐに対応、改善してもらえました。

細かいながらも海外ではあまり清掃されていない枕もかなり綺麗で嬉しかったです。

Cons:

私の部屋だけだったと思うのですが宗教の関係で中庭で焚いていたお香の煙がかなり私の部屋まで入ってきて夜に困りました(翌朝メッセージでそのことを伝えるとすぐに改善してもらいました)。また必ず滞在したいので予約時にこのことを伝えたいです。
ウェルカムフルーツが各部屋に置かれていたのですがあまり新鮮ではなかったように思います。

Beautiful architecture creates a charming atmosphere
Pros:

The accomodation complex had beautiful buildings, was quiet despite being located in a busy area and close to warungs, shopping, coffee shops, hikes/walks, The Sacred Monkey Forest. The rooms are well supplied, have comfortable beds/pillows, clean, spacious and well maintained. The onsite restaurant is very good with ample choice. I would highly recommend this place.

Cons:

The wifi was not always strong and cut out occasionally.

Pros:

The welcome service is warming and surprising, the breakfast is local and nice. Location is pretty good, 2 minutes walk to the palace.

Cons:

The shower didn't work with hot water. And there was nobody in the lobby when i tried to find help. Until I found a stuff in the garden, he told me the shower may be fixed in the next morning…

Location stupenda ricca di dettagli, un tempio vero e proprio con uno staff eccezionale! Camere grandi colazione ottima posizione fantastica proprio davanti al palazzo di Ubud!!

Pros:

In Räumen der königlichen Familie zu übernachten ist sehr besonders. Liebevoller Service und völlig ruhig trotz zentraler Lage. Alles passend zur mystischen Atmosphäre Ubuds.

Cons:

Hat nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun: Schäme mich für TouristInnen, die leichtbekleidet und in Strandbekleidung in Ubud unterwegs sind.
