One of the most beautiful, special places you can stay
Pros:

This is a truly unique, awe-inspiring property and one of the best places I've ever stayed. The grounds are amazing and you feel immersed in the culture. The room is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The staff is very helpful and ready to assist with anything you need. There are a variety of delicious breakfast options; we also had a traditional Balinese dinner here one night and it was excellent. The hotel offers wonderful private cultural experiences and classes. We took a Balinese art class and a Balinese herbal drink class and both were excellent, engaging, and informative. We loved them and found the instructors interesting and fun. The hotel helped arrange transport from the airport and we liked our driver so much, we requested him for a full day tour and to provide transport to our next hotel. This was a very special experience across the board.

Another wonderful stay.
Pros:

Our second stay this year and just as good as the first. Beautiful unique property in every sense. Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at.

The location and everything around with it's historical looks.

Cons:

Uneven steps, difficult for aged and people with limited mobility to move around due to very high stairs and absence of hand rails. Shower also has small issues

さすが王族、装飾が素晴らしい
Pros:

ウブド中心部の十字路からすぐなので、どこに行くにも便利です。交通量が多いので、うるさいと思いきや、敷地内は静かでした。初めての滞在なので、お試しとしてアフタヌーンティーも含めた全食事つきプランで予約、どれもおいしかったです。とくに、アフタヌーンティーを運ぶ時に使用している器が美しく、目と舌で楽しませてくれました。チェックインの時に手続きをしたベランダの扉や柱の装飾も素晴らしく、扉上部のバロンの眩い金色はほかとは違う輝きでしたし、柱上部の屋根を支えるドラゴンの表情や髭も生き生きとして見ごたえがありました。階段の両側に控えているライオンの像も猛々しく、目を奪われます。チェックアウトの時にはキーホルダーのお土産をいただきました。

Cons:

駐車場がないこと。デラックススイートのバスタブがベッドのすぐ脇に設置されていて仕切りがカーテンのみのため、風呂を使うと、部屋中に湿気が広がります。トイレは十分な広さがあるのに、便器に座るとすぐ目の前に壁が迫って圧迫感があります。

Beautiful immersive cultural heritage experience.
Pros:

The quality of rooms, clean beautiful furnishings, products great, really great beds, exquisite building, so close to centre, nice breakfast, great coffee, refreshing turmeric drink, staff lovely, good communication via Whatsapp. Needed more time to engage with some of the cultural activities there.

Cons:

Breakfast croissants could be less oily🙂
Could provide / recommend Facial treatment options as there are so many around.

Siamo stati accolti con professionalità, grazia e simpatia in una struttura da favola
Pros:

Posizione centralissima, la struttura è un tempio ed è una favola potervi soggiornare. Ottimo il ristorante, colazione assolutamente all'altezza della struttura.

Cons:

Mi è piaciuto tutto. La camera è confortevole anche se non molto grande. Anche il bagno è un po' piccolo ma dotato di tutto quel che serve

Una pequeña maravilla en el centro de Ubud
Pros:

Cogimos una habitación familiar. era enorme con tres habitaciones. Las habitaciones eran de tipo actual, muy bien decoradas y bastante agradables. La cocina era muy normalita (sin uso real para nada en nuestro caso). La parte exterior de nuestra habitación y el hotel en si es una autentica maravilla, realmente bonita. Es un antiguo palacio rehabilitado, pequeñito pero muy acogedor. Tiene una pequeña piscina para poder purificarse. La ubicación es inmejorable, justo enfrente del palacio real.

Cons:

Cosas incontrolables, estaban de obras para restaurar cosas en la entrada principal. No resulto ser una molestia aunque estaba cerca de nuestra habitación ya que salíamos temprano en la mañana.

Pros:

Location was fantastic, staff very helpful, not noisy, very clean and super comfortable.

Cons:

No parking was annoying for our drivers. No signage at night meant we could not find the hotel.
