Basic vietnamese hotel
Pros:

Friendly staff

Cons:

Overall this is a basic standard vietnamese hotel, the beds are hard (which i don't mind) the bathroom is functional. It's much cheaper if you book on arrival instead on before hand, as its mostly used as a hotel for hourly bookings. We booked here because it was close to the bus station and family otherwise wouldn't reccomend for the regular tourist.

Pros:

The room is cleaned. The air conditioner is working fine. Reasonable price
When I complain about providing a basic 2 little drinking water in the room, they gave us the whole 6 bottle for 3 days

Cons:

Not a welcome or friendly front desk, especially when the man runs.
The little step down in the lobby is dangerous, easily missed if people don't pay attention.
The door key is hardly turning to lock the room.
There is no provided drinking water in the room.
No free breakfast.
Not a good place to find breakfast in the morning

Decent standard for decent price.
Pros:

Decent standard and low cost. Spacious room and comfy mattress. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Bed sheet and pillows had some ugly, black hair on it. Some annoying, door bell sound was heard very often. At first I thought it's room staff ringing door bells for a service, but it was also heard at night.
