Love the property n facilities
New! And less people when I went.
The food. Paid for dinner that I think for the price for me and my wife, to be fair, I rather head out for a seafood dinner than here.
Wunderschöne Anlage mit sehr sauberen, geräumigen Bungalows und einer tollen Poollandschaft, die besonders für Familien mit Kindern ideal ist. Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Lage eignet sich hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.
Insgesamt können wir das Hotel dennoch uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden sofort wiederkommen.
Das Essen im Hotel hat uns dagegen nicht überzeugt. Vergleichbare Gerichte gibt es an den Lokalen an den Straßen in der Nähe massiv günstiger und oft besser. Den Strand haben wir kaum genutzt, da es dort Sandflöhe gab und sich in der Nähe eine Lagunenmündung befindet, in der Salzwasserkrokodile vorkommen. Obwohl diese scheinbar ausreichend Abstand halten, hatten wir dabei ein ungutes Gefühl.

We were surprised when we first entered Room 096 as there was a strange smell coming from the room. After returning from an evening walk on the beach, we were shocked to see a rat running above the wardrobe into the ceiling. Throughout the night, we could hear it running across the ceiling, and there was a strong smell that seemed to come from rat droppings. This was very unpleasant and affected our overall experience.
On the positive side, the room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep despite the disturbance. The staff were also pleasant, and the location was enjoyable.
I sincerely hope the management will address the rat issue as soon as possible, as it is a serious concern. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and believe the hotel has great potential if this problem is resolved.
This is my second time staying here..the children really have a good time, friendly staff,good view and i can see theres a good improvement .I will come here again.

The room were nice. Moderately decorated.
The water pressure were not enough for us to use the bathtub.
Check-in took quite some time.
Breakfast was okay, room was nice and cozy. great surroundings to walk around as well, and also for the buggy services to the beachside and around the area
due to the long weekend and too many guests, check in process took quite a while, and we also had to wait for our linen to be delivered to our room after check in. During breakfast there was also a long wait for the food/drinks to be refilled.

Only can choose buffet for dinner. Also, power tripped for several times during night time. Wi-Fi signal is very poor.
