Pros:

Pros:

I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Tuaran and had a really pleasant experience overall.

Place – The environment is very nice and peaceful, perfect for healing. It’s also great for toddlers as they can explore the surroundings freely.

Reception area – The service was good. They even provide a buggy if your room is far from the reception area, which is very helpful.

Room – The design is beautiful. I booked through Booking.com. I stayed in a King Guest Room (Zone C), which is a bit far from the reception and swimming pool.

Swimming pool – There is a slide for kids, and my toddler really enjoyed swimming and playing there.

Other facilities – There is a gym and a laundry area available.

Breakfast – The food was good and delicious. The morning view is also very nice, and I really enjoyed my breakfast.

WiFi and phone line – There was no internet connection in the room, possibly because it is far from the reception area. The phone signal was also quite poor. However, it was okay for me since it was a holiday. We focused on taking photos and videos for memories, and my toddler had no screen time at all—he was busy exploring and being curious about everything around him.

The hotel has recently changed ownership, so there was some renovation going on during our stay. There are still some shortcomings, but that’s understandable as improvements take time.

I would recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing getaway. It is about 1 hour or less from Kota Kinabalu.

I will definitely come back and stay here again.

El lugar es bueno muy bonito pero booking miente en la descripción del hotel! Da falsos datos ojo con eso ! Afirma que está a 4 k del aeropuerto y está realmente a 34 k muy lejos de todo ! Adicionalmente miente que está a 10 min caminando al mercado filipino y está a 9 horas caminando ! Información falsa emitida por booking que perjudica al hotel que es muy bueno ! Perdí mi estancia y mi reserva por culpa de booking. Com y su pésima falsa información sobre el hotel en mención

A lot activities can do with your children. The room is clean. And most important part is, the water is flowing very fast.

Cons:

Can improve the restaurant menu and the quality of foods.

Overall quite satisfied with the staying even nothing much to do.
Pros:

The accommodation.

Breakfast - Good
Dinner (Buffet) - Almost good (some food is tasty, some overly do)

Cons:

The facilities. Nothing much to do except swim in the pool. Not much entertainment for kids.
