A l'arrivée: attente d'environ 10 minutes à l'accueil avant que quelqu'un ne se décide à venir nous enregistrer malgré notre demande au personnel. Au départ : encore pire environ 20 minutes d'attente avant que quelqu'un ne se décide à venir malgré notre demande au personnel, et nous avions un très long trajet à faire !!! Personnel assez froid.

Would not stay again due to dining situation

Nice restaurant and clean rooms

Cons:

Could not experience the food in a pleasant manner as pets only allowed on terrace which is understandable, but no heating and absolutely freezing temperatures so ended up not eating or drinking until next morning in a service station instead. Think that they should consider having at least a indoor sheltered space for people travelling with pets

Habitación sucia, pelos en suelo, cama y baño. Baño con moho y humedad y la ducha que no desagua correctamente . En general falta de mantenimiento y limpieza en habitación

Volveré pero con algunas condiciones
Pros:

Ubicación a mitad de camino para viajes largos en el norte España. Restaurante lo mejor, muy bueno calidad precio (tanto cena como desayuno) e ideal para familias con niños y perros. hay parque de bolas que es enorme por las tardes para niños y zona porche en restaurante entrada que puedes ir con perro.

Cons:

La habitación necesita reforma, tenía humedades en el baño y lavado cara con pintura paredes. Evitar cama grande ya que es pequeña y coger dos canas individuales mejor

Haven't stayed here for a few years and the bedrooms are still the same; clean, practical but tired. Ripped wallpaper, water stained furniture slow draining shower.

Las instalaciones de la parte del hotel estaban un poco descuidadas y con poco mantenimiento, en la puerta de la habitación por ejemplo estaban rotan las bisagras
