Basic stop, reasonably priced. Would use again
Pros:

Great location, on trip to Bilbao ferry terminal. Good parking for motorcycle, but was not secure !

Cons:

J'ai un problème de règlement ils m'ont débiter sur ma carte 2 fois le prix de ma chambre le même jour, chambre 103.soit 2 X débit de 65.00 Euros. Je viens de le voir sur relevé de compte bancaire ce jour. Demande de faire suivre à l'établissement Mon nom M.BISSON Lionel, France. facture caissier: CARLOS. RES.n°75209. Factura: 12600311 payer 65.00 Euros. Je demande que l'hôtel EL ALAFOZ vérifie la compatibilité du jour de mon passage. Pour régulariser la situation de ce paiement. Ma prochaine nuit chez eux du 30/04 au 01/05. En attendant qu'il trouve la solution et la régler. Mes sincères salutations. ( JE NE PARLE PAS ESPAGNOL )

Pros:

La cama era cómoda

Cons:

Demasiado calor en la habitación, la televisión sin configurar, se veían pocos canales y no los comunes. No funcionaban todas las luces no el secador del baño. No estaba en ningún sitio apuntado el wifi ni en recepción ni en la habitación. No había ascensor a la planta de la habitación. No había jabón en el dispensador de la ducha nos dejaron sobres en el baño pero solo de gel de champú no. La ubicación es complicada ya que es lioso el desvío para localizarlo menos mal que al estar a pie de carretera se veía. Los precios de la cafetería-restaurante desorbitados. El precio de la noche un poco caro para lo que ofrece. Detalles buenos: el parking con videovigilancia y muchos puntos de recarga eléctrica, que está muy cerca de burgos sin ser tan caro como la propia ciudad y la tranquilidad de no escuchar ruidos de la calle.

Great location for an overnight stop travelling from south of Spain to the UK
Pros:

Lovely food, excellent glass of wine, quick service and friendly staff.

Cons:

The room was in need of decorating, but a great size to accommodate travelling with a dog and cat. Comfortable bed but needed an extra pillow.

Habitación amplia y cama grande y comoda. Limpieza. El baño reformado. La cafetería espectacular y su personal muy profesional.

Cons:

Le falta mantenimiento a toda la habitación. Mando tele roto, cabeza de cama desgastada, papel pared arrancado, no tragaba bien la ducha y el jabón de pared no funcionaba.
