Pros:

Habitación y baño amplios, ubicación cercana al centro de Temuco y muy buena atención.

Cons:

Sentí un poco de frío durante la noche pese a que la habitación tenía estufa, pero coincidió con un día y noche muy helados.

Good communications, efficient check-in, invited to enjoy use of living room and kitchen, clean, central location, mostly quiet at night but traffic noise can be heard during the day

Cons:

There was a bad smell of drains in private bathroom attached to my room that was off-putting so ended up using shared bathroom in corridor.

El hostal estaba en un cuarto piso, debe indicarse está situación porque no hay ascensor y puede representar un hàndicap para algunos clientes
