Cons:

You guys need to work on cleanliness, as I definitely want roaches roam around once I turned light off. Good pest control is highly recommended for you guys or else they will start crawling on bed itself🤣

Horrible made just about bearable by the extra effort put in by the staff

Cons:

The staff were a blessing. Umang, Rahul and everyone in the facility did everythign in their capacity to make our stay comfortable. But unfortunately the managed let them down by giving them an unmanageable facility. Let me make a list of stuff that were not working - The geyser hot water was not coming, then there was a gutter smell pervading the room from the bathroom, the towel racks were broken, the soap/shampoo holders were continuously falling off and we had to use them from the ground all our stay of nearly 20 days. The rooms do not have sound proofing and we had some amorous couples in the next room for a couple of nights. It was a horrible stay and teh only reason we continued there was because of the value for money, not wanting the trouble of shifting and ofcourse the lovely staff - they were really good.
