Lugar muy hermoso y auténtico.
Pros:

La ubicación,la habitación,las vistas.Lugar impresionante. Habitación grandisima con tres ventanales.Preciosa.

La encargada muy poco espabilada ,nos dejaron en la carretera más de media hora diciendo que ya venían y era mentira , al llegar de un largo viaje nos costó como una hora conseguir un café...lo pedimos unas 7 u 8 veces ,estábamos agotados y ni caso...cuando necesitábamos algo era difícil conseguirlo.La habitación con paredes de papel,se oía absolutamente todo.
A pesar de todo el lugar,la habitación, merecen la pena

Amazing stay with beautiful scenery
Pros:

This is such a cute a cozy place to stay and enjoy the gorgeous scenery. The entire staff takes great care in Making sure you are well taken care of. They coordinated a trekking adventure with a local guide for me which was a highlight of my Vietnam trip. They also organized a massage in my room which was also good. I had lunch, dinner an breakfast here and all were delicious. The bed was very comfortable as well.

Cons:

For me the only downside was the bathroom was located outside the room. It was dedicated just to my room. I tend to go a lot at night so would have preferred a bathroom in the room. Still, I would stay here again.

Posizione incredibile, camera spaziosa, struttura minimal ma veramente caratteristica.
Lo staff presente in homestay non parla bene inglese, ma c'è la possibilità ci usare whatsapp per ogni necessità, e parlare con persone molto disponibili.
Cibo buono.

Cons:

Pieno di ragazzine pronte a farsi immortale, ma veramente irrilevante. Non fa tralasciare la pace profonda che regala questo posto.

Pros:

The atmosphere was very chill and healing. The staff was very friendly and they even willing to assist even though we arrived at late night. The view, the attitude of the host was just perfect. This is my best experience and I will have my 2nd time to visit again!

Beautiful & communicative homestay
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful homestay. The team were really communicative, setting up a WhatsApp group ahead of our stay which made everything really seamless. The dinner options were extensive and the gave us great recommendations which helped us enjoy a very tasty, authentic meal. They were also proactive in helping us book taxis into town. The homestay itself is beautiful, both the design and the setting, and we had a very relaxing three night stay.

Cons:

It’s not something negative, but it’s worth just remembering that this is quite far out of Sapa (25 minute taxi) and is quite rural. That means you will be woken up to the sound of cockerels or other wildlife quite early. We enjoyed it, but we hadn’t considered this before booking!

Beautiful homestay!
Pros:

Peaceful, quiet homestay about 20 minutes away from sapa center. Beautiful property. Amazing staff who are kind and accommodating (very easy to communicate meal orders via whatsapp, assisted with check in and early morning check out). The tea and coffee drinks were standouts!! Food was also delicious and served at our requested time. Cute/friendly dogs and cats on the property.

Cons:

Noise does travel through walls, but this is clear before booking. Earplugs were provided by the homestay!

Pros:

The location is great, in the middle of rice fields, near a small village, away from Sapa town chaos.
The house is beautifully arranged, everything is full of stillness. We can feel a real closeness to natural elements. The staff is nice even if a bit overwhelmed.

Cons:

However it is a pity that the place has been invaded by influencers who get stucks behind you, encouraging you to leave your noodles, to shoot the best picture. What a contradiction with the quietness and serene surroundings. Moreover this is to say a "homestay" so it does not make any sense to allow this crowd, as it makes the guests a bit uncomfortable in their " homestay".

Breathtaking views and treks, but bring earplugs!
Pros:

The staff are incredibly kind and the communication was amazing—they set up a group chat before my arrival to coordinate transport and menus. The location is easily the best view you could wish for (honestly better than the photos) and the homemade food is delicious.

I highly recommend the herbal leaves trek. A local woman picks you up for a 4-hour hike, followed by lunch at her home and a traditional Red Dao herbal bath. It’s a centuries-old ritual with medicinal forest herbs that makes you feel reborn.

The stay is very rustic, which provides a true authentic experience. While it is "quiet" in terms of city noise, you get the real sounds of the mountain: roosters every morning, dogs barking in the evening, and motorbikes traveling to and from the area.

Cons:

The main drawback is the paper-thin plywood walls. You can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. My first night was fine, but on the second, the neighbors were loud on the phone and intimate until past midnight.

Also, the cafe below opens at 7:00 AM. Because you can hear the staff starting their work so clearly, it is unlikely to sleep past then. If you aren't an early riser, you definitely need high-quality earplugs.

The property is beautiful, but it attracts a lot of Instagrammers who visit just to pose for photos, which can disrupt the vibe.

While the bathrooms are private, they are outside the room and attract many bugs because the bathroom lights stay on all night. A daily sweep of the bathroom would be a huge help to manage the insects.
