Apartamento muy cómodo y buen provisto en una zona muy tranquila y agradable. Lo mejor, los dueños, que son superamables y están muy pendientes de los huéspedes. Muy recomendable.

Fijn verblijf in een veilige omgeving.
Pros:

Schone kamer met comfortabele bed. De kamer was van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijn dat er voor koffie en flessen water werd gezorgd.
Vriendelijke en zeer behulpzame gastheer. Zal zeker weer verblijven als wij ooit weer in Vancouver zijn.

Pros:

Owners of the property are friendly and helpful. I enjoyed their good serve such as dropping us at train station nearby. Rooms are neat and tidy. Bathroom is also very clean. I felt like living in a cosy family home.

A comfortable stay
Pros:

The environment is quite, peaceful and nice. The room is large and comfortable. There's a kitchen I can use to prepare the breakfast. In walking distance - 10 minutes, there's a large supermarket inside a shopping plaze. It's convenient. The bathroom is also big, having 2 sinks, a big tube for 2 person and a bidet toilet. Many hangers in the walk-in closet.

Dicht bij het vliegveld. Goeie douchestraal, rustige omgeving, leuke Golden Retriever.

Cons:

The stairs and safety standards in the room are shouldn't open for vacation rental business.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, the window view is nice & the surrounding is quiet.

Cons:

It didn't tell us on the website that the room is located upstairs. The stairs & railing to upstairs was poorly preliminary constructed. It didn't fit to be used. There weren't any railing to hold on. The material wasn't smooth and had I got sprinters to poke my hands. It doesn't meet the safety standard to open for guest stays. The steps are not wide enough so we have to step down sideward. We had hard time to load the luggage up & down. The gutter & a block of wood protruding on the other side of the stairs. When people go up and down. They can hit their head anytime. The nails on the stairs were loosen and the some of the wood material starting to crack. We only use the stairs 2 x daily (in & out). We were so scared to use the stairs. We had nightmares and never, never come back to this place.
There is no way to escape when there is a fire occurs.
The room doesn't have smoke detectors and sprinklers. In case of fire, there isn't any way to exit the room.
There is no bed mat & grabs in the bath tub. No bath rug in front of the bath tub.
Only a towel in front and it slips when we stepped out of the bath tub.

Friendly hosts and great value for money!
Pros:

Hosts are helpful if you need anything and goes out of their way to help you out. Location feels safe and the place is clean. There is public transport available nearby. Felt comfortable being a solo female traveller.

Cons:

Takes about an hour to get to Vancouver downtown even with good public transport connections. It is still ok since I am used to taking public transport.
