Stop harassing for payments
Cons:

The hotel is overly fanatical on getting advance payments and the number of calls and reminders they send is menacing and highly disturbing for travellers for me who has be saying for atlest 8 to 10 nights a month since last 2 years

Boutique hotel experience.
Pros:

The rooms were well furnished, the bed & mattress were clean & comfortable. The work desk was good, the centralized AC was good, the ceiling fan was absolutely clean, the TV fully functional. The wardrobe was enough even for a double occupancy. The rooms smelled very good too.
The toilets were clean and well equipped too. The toiletries provided were very good, the towels & bath mats provided were excellent.
The breakfast had sufficient variety and was tasty, (except the Dosa though).
The corridors were well lit with motion controlled lights.
Overall a boutique hotel experience.

Cons:

The room I stayed in was compact..The corridor was wall to wall carpeted - There were heavy rains during my stay and guests coming in with wet footwear and raincoats/umbrellas had made the carpet wet & soggy.
