직원들이 친절하고 요청한 비품을 빠른 시간에 가져다 줌 (수건, 생수, 옷걸이)

Cons:

1. 시끄럽고 방이 작으며 객실 비품이 침대, 의자 2개, 소형테이블 1개 라서 불편하며 호텔 침대에 베개가 2개인 경우는 처음 임
2. 객실 비품 청결도가 의심스러움 (수건은 낡고 오래 사용에 따른 세탁후 지워지지 않는 사용 흔적이 남아 있으며 일반적인 호텔에서 사용하는 수건이 아닌 얇은 일반수건 임)
3. 자차 아니면 교통이 불편하고 주변에 편의시설이 없어 호텔 편의점 이용해야 하는데 시중보다 음료수는 200-300 이상 비쌈

편안하고 깨끗한 숙소 그리고 멋진 뷰
Pros:

숙소가 매우 깨끗하고 체크인/체크아웃을 포함한 모든 프로세스가 온라인으로 진행되어 매우 편리했습니다.

특히 침대가 엄청 편안합니다. 오션뷰 경치도 너무 좋고요.

수영장과 부대시설도 매우 퀄리티가 높았어요.

- vue sur la baie ;
- chambre confortable et spacieuse ;
- parking.

Cons:

- personnel inexistant ;
- pas d’accueil. Il faut un numéro de téléphone coréen pour appeler la réception. Les étrangers n’ont pas de carte SIM coréenne ;
- pour le peu de personnel rencontré, ne parle pas anglais et ne fait aucun effort de compréhension ;
- surveillante de piscine désagréable ;
- pas de petits-déjeuners ;
- pas de restaurants sur place ( informations sur Booking.com erronées).

Great for kids
Pros:

This was our second time at this resort. We like it for the Waterpark for kids. For the best experience, rent a cabana set up so you can relax with a drink in the shade while you are watching your kids playing on waterslides.

Cons:

Waterpark is not included with your stay. For one day, it is 40 000 won per person. It gets pretty pricey for 3 people for 2-3 days. In my opinion, Waterpark for hotel guests should be included in price already. OR at least one day Free.

Pros:

The view, Japanese style restaurant.

Cons:

Pool was not included which wasn’t advised in the booking information. Pool in La Terrace is not clean, have a look over the side overflow and it’s all algae. Yacht tour was not impressive, it’s a very slow round trip around the inside of the bay, it’s passable though.

We loved this resort. The view from our room was spectacular. Staff was accommodating and nice. There were lots of activities to do around. If you have a car, you are not going to have any issues getting around.

Good for family trip, but pool ticket unreasonable
Pros:

The facility itself was nice, but the management could improve…a lot..!

Room condition was fine, clean enough, comfy and large beds, nice big dining table, good view of the ocean and the pool.

The ticket for the pool was too expensive considering how it includes everything (pools in La Terrace resort and water activities, which we didn’t want anyways). La Terrace water park…many of the jacuzzis weren’t running, pools and kids slide area, indoor pools had too much wear and tear, perhaps molds. Unless you rent overpriced cabanas, there’s no place to sit for a while.

Calacatta’s infinity pool was nice but the water was a bit too cold.. even though I think the website advertises that the pools at this resort runs all year round with warm water.

Pros:

윗층 뛰는소리에 잠을 못잤네요ㅠ방음이 너무안됩니다,
그리고 샤워부스 물이 안내려가서 제대로 씻기도 어려웠어요.
편한체크인아웃은 좋은데 주차자리부족해서 늦게들어오면 자리가 없었고 하우스키핑때는 묻지도않고 샘플 화장품 버려버려서 난감했어요.
