Cons:

We booked a hotel with dinner included, but during check-in the hotel staff said that our booking was only for the room and that we need to pay extra for breakfast and dinner.

We also booked a Superior Executive Room, but when we went for check-in, the reception told us that the room was full and they gave us a lower category Deluxe Room instead
