Pros:

The hotel was closed and they took my payment ..I had to pay again at the counter..it is a scam

Cons:

The hotel was closed and I had to book amd pay to the other hotel management that was running the hotel and pay again ..so kk inn did respond to the refund and I belive thsi is a scam
