Jag sökte en annan övernattningsmöjlighet.
Pros:

Jag vägrade ta rummet eftersom det var olämpligt för en semestervistelse. Det passar till en kort affäsresa. Men vem reser till Fiji av denna anledning_

Cons:

Läget var dåligt. Det var ett mycket litet rum i en lägenhet.

Cons:

The first night, I had to sleep in an improvised bed she had made in the living room with curtains close to an annoying man. I booked a female room, and she moved me the next day. Also, the bathroom is not clean at all; there is mould everywhere, and there is not soap or shampoo.

If you need to stay for a couple of days. It’s manageable and very reasonable.
Pros:

Location…. Close to supermarkets and the airport.

Cons:

The host had a full house and the kitchen had minimal tools. We had our own bathroom but no hot water in the morning. It felt like we were camping.

Pros:

Host was very friendly and met me on site. She also answered all requests promptly. If you are looking for a place to stay overnight or for a few nights, I definitely recommend this place. Also it is within walking distance to shops, chemists etc.

Provides all the necessary facilities, but safety is not guaranteed
Pros:

It’s super clean, kitchen provides everything you need, really friendly house owner
Close to the airport and some stores, quick to reach the city

Cons:

Did not feel safe: valuable items got stolen while being away, and a drunk man came into the room of girls during the night, the door lock doesn’t keep it closed properly
Thin walls, so you hear everything when people are loud at night

Not a Bula Experience at all
Pros:

Good location. Situated in Namaka town, therefore close to shops, local market, bbq stands and other amenities.

Cons:

I was traveling with my colleague. We booked for 2 adults. However, upon arrival we got checked into 1 room with one queen size bed, along with one
one towel and one blanket. We asked for 2 rooms, the host just told us that all the rooms are full. We had to share the bed, the blanket and everything. Very disappointing. There was no Wi-Fi even though the host reassured us well in advance that the Wi-Fi connection was super at the accommodation.

Our check in time at the airport was at 2pm, and by 1pm, the host forced us out of the apartment. She did not let us shower and clean up before our departure to the airport. She stood in the room to ensure we pack up and leave the apartment.

If you are looking for that Bula-friendly experience as proudly advertised by Fiji Airways (even for short-stays), I would not recommend this accommodation.

As a solo female traveler I didn't feel safe
Pros:

Both landlords were very friendly and helped me a lot.

Cons:

I booked for two nights but only stayed for one because I didn't feel safe. I had a bad experience at night.
Unfortunately, communication in English is difficult.

It's good for short stay travellers
Pros:

Room is good for budget traveler and also for homestay lovers. Location is ok, you are in the midst of everything, shopping centers, bus stops, taxi stand, local market etc...

Cons:

The shower is running too slow!
