Clean, comfy place in great location
Pros:

Super spacious room, exceptionally clean, amazing facilities - great hot shower with good water pressure. The location was also amazing, lots of local restaurants around (check out Malisa, it‘s a 5min walk) and close to the main sights. Staff was nice and helpful. Value for money is absolutely unbeatable.

Cons:

Noticed some tiny ants in the bathroom, but just a few. Curfew at 11pm, keep that in mind if you plan to stay out late.

Solides Hotel mit sehr guter Lage, aber Verbesserungspotenzial ⚖️

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut innerhalb der Zitadelle von Hue 🏯📍 – die Lage ist definitiv ein großer Pluspunkt und ideal, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erkunden.

Die Zimmer sind sehr groß 🛏️ und wurden täglich zuverlässig gereinigt 🧹✨. Insgesamt waren die Zimmer absolut in Ordnung und ruhig.

Leider sind die Bäder im Verhältnis sehr, sehr klein 🚿😕. Beim Duschen wird zwangsläufig das gesamte Bad nass, was den Komfort deutlich einschränkt.

Was uns bei unserer späten Ankunft am Abend etwas enttäuscht hat 😔:
Die Rezeptionistin hat uns – obwohl wir mit einem kleinen Kind 👶 unterwegs waren – nicht geholfen, die schweren Koffer die sehr steilen Treppen hinaufzutragen 🧳⬆️. Ein aufmerksamer Service hätte hier definitiv anders reagiert. Ein wahrer Gentleman wäre sofort zur Hilfe gekommen 🤝.

Zusätzlich wurde uns ein zerbrochener Seifenspender mit 15 € berechnet 💶, obwohl dieser online für etwa 3 € erhältlich ist. Natürlich tat es uns leid, dass der Seifenspender beschädigt wurde 🙏, dennoch fühlten wir uns im Nachgang etwas unangemessen zur Kasse gebeten. Solche kleineren Schäden werden in vielen Hotels üblicherweise nicht berechnet oder zumindest kulanter gehandhabt.

Insgesamt ein Hotel mit guter Lage und ordentlichen Zimmern, aber mit Schwächen im Badkomfort und im Servicegedanken. Mit etwas mehr Herzlichkeit und Kulanz wäre der Eindruck deutlich besser gewesen.

Cons:

• 🚿 Sehr kleines Badezimmer im Verhältnis zur Zimmergröße
→ Beim Duschen wird zwangsläufig das komplette Bad nass
• 🧳⬆️ Keine Hilfe beim Tragen der Koffer bei später Ankunft
→ Trotz steiler Treppen, schwerem Gepäck und kleinem Kind keinerlei Unterstützung durch die Rezeption
• 🤝 Service in dieser Situation wenig aufmerksam
→ Gerade bei Familien wäre hier mehr Hilfsbereitschaft wünschenswert gewesen
• 🧴💶 Unverhältnismäßige Berechnung eines beschädigten Seifenspenders
→ 15 € für einen Seifenspender, der online deutlich günstiger erhältlich ist
→ Obwohl der Schaden bedauert wurde, fehlte es an Kulanz
• 😕 Gefühl, im Nachgang unangemessen zur Kasse gebeten worden zu sein
→ Kleinere Schäden werden in vielen Hotels nicht oder kulanter gehandhabt
