Super spacious room, exceptionally clean, amazing facilities - great hot shower with good water pressure. The location was also amazing, lots of local restaurants around (check out Malisa, it‘s a 5min walk) and close to the main sights. Staff was nice and helpful. Value for money is absolutely unbeatable.
Noticed some tiny ants in the bathroom, but just a few. Curfew at 11pm, keep that in mind if you plan to stay out late.

Solides Hotel mit sehr guter Lage, aber Verbesserungspotenzial ⚖️
Das Hotel liegt sehr gut innerhalb der Zitadelle von Hue 🏯📍 – die Lage ist definitiv ein großer Pluspunkt und ideal, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erkunden.
Die Zimmer sind sehr groß 🛏️ und wurden täglich zuverlässig gereinigt 🧹✨. Insgesamt waren die Zimmer absolut in Ordnung und ruhig.
Leider sind die Bäder im Verhältnis sehr, sehr klein 🚿😕. Beim Duschen wird zwangsläufig das gesamte Bad nass, was den Komfort deutlich einschränkt.
Was uns bei unserer späten Ankunft am Abend etwas enttäuscht hat 😔:
Die Rezeptionistin hat uns – obwohl wir mit einem kleinen Kind 👶 unterwegs waren – nicht geholfen, die schweren Koffer die sehr steilen Treppen hinaufzutragen 🧳⬆️. Ein aufmerksamer Service hätte hier definitiv anders reagiert. Ein wahrer Gentleman wäre sofort zur Hilfe gekommen 🤝.
Zusätzlich wurde uns ein zerbrochener Seifenspender mit 15 € berechnet 💶, obwohl dieser online für etwa 3 € erhältlich ist. Natürlich tat es uns leid, dass der Seifenspender beschädigt wurde 🙏, dennoch fühlten wir uns im Nachgang etwas unangemessen zur Kasse gebeten. Solche kleineren Schäden werden in vielen Hotels üblicherweise nicht berechnet oder zumindest kulanter gehandhabt.
Insgesamt ein Hotel mit guter Lage und ordentlichen Zimmern, aber mit Schwächen im Badkomfort und im Servicegedanken. Mit etwas mehr Herzlichkeit und Kulanz wäre der Eindruck deutlich besser gewesen.

• 🧳⬆️ Keine Hilfe beim Tragen der Koffer bei später Ankunft
→ Trotz steiler Treppen, schwerem Gepäck und kleinem Kind keinerlei Unterstützung durch die Rezeption
• 🤝 Service in dieser Situation wenig aufmerksam
→ Gerade bei Familien wäre hier mehr Hilfsbereitschaft wünschenswert gewesen
• 🧴💶 Unverhältnismäßige Berechnung eines beschädigten Seifenspenders
→ 15 € für einen Seifenspender, der online deutlich günstiger erhältlich ist
→ Obwohl der Schaden bedauert wurde, fehlte es an Kulanz
• 😕 Gefühl, im Nachgang unangemessen zur Kasse gebeten worden zu sein
→ Kleinere Schäden werden in vielen Hotels nicht oder kulanter gehandhabt

They checked me in earlier than the official time, which was greatly appreciated after a tiring bus journey. Spacious room, big double bed with good mattress, desk, stool, big wardrobe. Cleaned and tidied every day, towels changed daily. Fan, air-conditioning, minibar, all in perfect working order. Plenty of hot water, shower pressure perfect. Decent WiFi signal. Real android smart TV. Friendly and efficient staff, limited English skills, yet this was easily solved with a translation app. Various coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Two huge bottles with free water in the reception area. Would definitely go back if I were in Hue again.
The hotel is locked between 23.00 and 06.00, bear this in mind in case you need to stay out late.
Huge room, very comfortable bed, perfect location for exploring the citadel, a couple of excellent food options two minutes walk away, secure bike storage, friendly staff.

One of the best value for money deals I've booked on Booking in years. The owner (or manager) isn't very talkative and friendly, but the apartment itself is gorgeous.
On the last morning we were woken up by a young couple who were supposed to check in after lunch. This is again a consequence of the lack of friendly communication from the manager - he simply did not warn what time we should check in, and the young couple tried to check in at dawn while we were sleeping. But this is a trifle. The apartment itself, I repeat, is very comfortable.
Really friendly host, who was happy to help with any questions and provide recommendations. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable with a lot of light - it was a very nice place to spend time. Better than the photos, we had two giant windows. Happy to store luggage very early, we arrived at 8AM after a night bus and were able to leave our bags. They also did what they could to allow us to check in slightly earlier. Drinking water on site, restaurants nearby and walkable. Would definitely stay again.
