Malpique heated pool & Jacuzzi Guest House

In the picture the room looked big but after we arrived . It was more like a storeroom converted into a bed room .

The pictures misled us . Though we saw the other room they look good

Infelizmente o meu apartamento foi roubado, e os prejuízos foram avultados. Sugeria uma melhor segurança com mais câmaras para ajudar a polícia a chegar aos criminosos.

Nous avons réservé une chambre double, et malheureusement nous avons eu la pire chambre de toute. 3 nuits 392€ pour ce placard.
Une chambre qui contient une toute petite fenêtre, sans tv (pas mentionné dans la réservation), sans meuble pour pouvoir poser nos bagages ou affaires.
La salle de bain n’est pas accessible de la chambre, il faut sortir dans le couloir pour accéder à notre salle de bain. (Seule chambre ayant ce système)
La salle de bain ne possède pas de fenêtre seulement une ventilation, donc l’odeur de l’humidité est toujours présente et très forte.
Impossible de faire sécher nos serviettes ni notre linge.
Le propriétaire du logement répond rapidement aux messages sauf lorsque vous énoncez un problème il ne répond plus du tout.

Could have better security.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera con bagno privato convinti che fosse in camera perché NON segnalato né dall'host e ne da booking come bagno ad uso privato ma FUORI dalla stanza, inoltre la camera era claustrofobica senza lo spazio vitale per muoversi in due persone, senza neanche una finestra ma solo un abbaino. Abbiamo fatto claim ma ci abbiamo messo due ore a suggerire noi una soluzione di upgrade nella suite più costosa ma con bagno in camera, disponibile pero' solo 2 notti. Così abbiamo rinunciato alla terza notte di soggiorno e il proprietario si è premurato di dirci subito che non ci avrebbe rimborsato nessuna differenza di 84 euro ... Inoltre il responsabile booking.com di Londra a cui ci siamo rivolti ha passato 15 Min al telefono per convincerci che il bagno era solo per noi invece di giustificare che non fosse descritto come fuori della stanza e darci alternative valide. VERGOGNOSO E NON PROFESSIONALE
.Senza parlare del fatto che hanno cambiato i codici di accesso il secondo giorno, senza comunicarceli ...

De advertentie sprak van een kamer met een oppervlakte van 15m2
De werkelijke situatie was een kamer van 6m2 en een badkamer van 3 m2

Dus een misleidende advertentie met onjuiste informatie

La gestione del frigo in comune da rivedere, ci hanno rubato tutto quello che avevano comprato per la colazione. Abbiamo segnalato l’accaduto alla struttura e nessuno ha risposto.
Questo ha precluso l’uso della cucina nei giorni seguenti in quanto non volevamo lasciare più nulla in frigo

La stanza era molto piccola, senza basi di appoggio né nessun gancio per appendere gli asciugami, né in stanza né in bagno
Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti e la stanza non è mai stata pulita né ci è stato offerto il cambio di asciugami che ho dovuto richiedere

The hotel is in a great location, the view is beautiful and the hot tube was brilliant. The bed was very comfortable. However, some areas are looking a little tired, and the bathroom could definitely do with a revamp (lots of mould). The sun loungers around the pool also need replacing, as many were rusty or broken.

One disappointing aspect was the experience at checkout. Checkout was at 11am, but at 10:45am the maids were knocking on our door asking if we were ready to leave. This felt quite rude, especially as we were still within the agreed checkout time. They then sat outside the door waiting for us to leave, which made us feel uncomfortable and rushed.

Overall, the location and comfort of the bed were positives, but the guest house would benefit from some maintenance and a more considerate approach to guests on checkout day.
