Cons:

They shifted us last minute to other nearby fab hotel though we had prepaid the room. Staff and manager were extremely rude and unprofessional. When asked for refund since they refused to give our booked room no refund was given. Absolutely unprofessional most horrible experience

Cons:

The hotel felt shady. I did not feel comfortable and safe to stay there as a female. I was glad I had my mom with me. The staff refused to check me in without paying for the whole duration of the stay. Breakfast was mentioned to be complimentary but they refused when I asked at the reception. The rooms were very dirty.Wifi did not work. We somehow decided to stay atleast a day or 2 and leave even if it meant losing our money. But first we find dirty pillows and then bed bugs. We had to leave immediately at midnight. Worst hotel experience ever and worst decision to book this hotel. Will never recommend if you are looking for a decent accomodation.
