Pros:

Wonderful stay & love checking in, in a new innovated way. Was skeptical at first but love ❤️ the independence w/ out going through an office!!I will definitely rent again!!

The booking process and communication were ridiculously bad... must have wasted an additional 3-4 hours trying to get things lined up AFTER booking on Expedia... people managing the property do not read emails properly, nor listen on the phone - had to repeat things anywhere from 4 to 10X... don't waste your time with this company - plenty of other places that are the same price or cheaper and they have way better communication. In short, I think all the communication with customers is outsourced.... It might have been a foreign language like Hindu... for all the good they were

The lazy river pool with tubes available was awesome. We loved all of the grassy areas, dog parks, and waste bags available for pet owners. However, there was a lot of dog poop left on the grass! Hard to figure out why. Otherwise, great unit, easy access and parking, comfortable beds…
