While I like that the room is spacious I do not think that I will book there again.

Cons:

(1) A few hours after we checked out, a staff called and in an accusatory voice inquired about the towels, saying that all 3 towels were missing. I told them that I have hanged them behind the door. Only then did they checked and without apologising, hanged up the phone. I was upset with her tone as if I was going to steal the towels.

(2) The toilet bowl was dirty.

Location is very good.

Cons:

Staff not friendly not even smile to guest when met. Please replace iron board to a better quality. Room does not soundproof we can hear people talking inside room while walking through corridor. Water supply yellow color, and very bad.

Secara keseluruhan bilik adalah sangat memuaskan
Pros:

Lokasi sangat bagus dan baik. Senang untuk mencari makanan. Kedai-kedai pun banyak. parking mudah.

Cons:

Keadaan di bawah masjid gelap apabila malam dan berair.

Highly not recomended
Pros:

The only positive aspect was the peaceful Quran recitation played before each azan, as there’s a mosque within the building.

Cons:

Unfortunately i had a very unpleasant experience. The room was infested with cockroaches and had a noticeable smell, making the stay very uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying here based on the condition of the room.
