Pros:

It's worst place in a street full of residential houses and not easy to locate

Cons:

Behaviour of staff. Hotel location hotel furniture everything is worst. Just wondering how can such low quality hotels listed on a booking.com. feel sorry to use booking.com for booking hotel.

One of the worst properties , they have accepted the booking, and when we reached there they said there were no rooms available at the time, this is one the worst things in summer, then we had to search locally because of that, and staff behaviour was very rude and arrogant, and later on property has marked no show at booking.com, they are scams and frauds, there many more good Properties near prem location in budget.

That was a great experience in ganga palace.... All the staff was very polite and helpfull... The rooms were very clean and hygine... All the serivices was very fast and available on any time... This is the best hotel according to hygine ,facility and location... All the main temple are nearby from this hotel... I reference to everybody plz stay in ganga palace whenever u will come to vrindavan... I guruntee that will be your great experience....

Pros:

Although I communicated with the hotel about my arrival program after confirming my booking through email, there was no room kept reserved for me as I didn't advance any payment as per the statement of the hotel staff. But he arranged another hotel for me on my request at the same price. I truly thank you for this.
The other hotel was Shree Krishnam Residency, Chaitanya Vihar , phase 2. All the staff were very humble and good. The room was good. They also tried to meet all requests by us. I would like to thank the staff of this hotel too. Radhe Radhe...

Cons:

I would like to talk about some negative parts during my stay here. There were flush issues for one night and the seat of the toilet pod was not screwed. Also they had no plumber available for this kind of urgent requirement. The remote battery and the wall clock were not changed. These are some technical points that I must say to observe and improve. Plumber, electrician, fire extinguisher, etc. should be kept for an unfortunate incident.
The place is divine and full of Radhe Radhe energy. Thank you.

Silent place.No morning tea facility are not available . Initial showed the double bed room stating that it's triple bedroom.They tried for cheating but due arguments they have given triple bed room as shown in your site
It should not repeat to other customers.
