Das Bad war nicht gereinigt, wurde dann sofort gemacht.
Nachts nach 23.00 Uhr non stop hörte ich die Flieger als würden diese vor meiner Nase fliegen, schrecklich. Wer es kann und verträgt, sollte Ovopads mitnehmen. Ich kam für 2 Nächte, es gab in unmittelbarer Nähe andere Hotels, sauber und günstiger.
The staffs are polite and helpful.
Beach without any entrance fee is just across the hotel.
I liked the idea that a water hose was available at the back entrance to wash off the sands.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Of course, everyone's experience depends on what they're looking for, but for me it was an excellent choice for a one- or two-night stay.
The room was clean and comfortable, and one of the highlights was the beautiful Black Sea beach just a short walk away—perfect for a relaxing stroll.
The hotel also has a restaurant owned by the same people, and the food was excellent. Everything I tried was fresh, delicious, and very tasty.
If you're planning a much longer stay, you may want to consider whether the location and amenities meet your specific needs. But for a short stay, I found it to be a great option and would happily stay there again.
The room was old, the toilet handles were falling off, and we had to wait 10 minutes for hot water. The stairs leading up to the rooms were very inconvenient. The food was tasteless. The shashlik was very dry and hard to chew. It was very far from other restaurants. And the food was very expensive.
From the very first moment, AirPort Black Sea Hotel felt like a home away from home. The atmosphere here is incredibly warm and friendly; the staff treat you like family rather than just guests, which made our stay truly special.The price we paid was excellent, but the experience was priceless. I am still dreaming about the view from our window—it was absolutely stunning and deeply peaceful. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the Black Sea right from the balcony was pure magic.Everything was so smooth, including the airport transfer. Even though it comes with an extra charge, it was worth every penny for the peace of mind and great service. Thank you to the wonderful team for making our vacation unforgettable. We are already planning our next trip back!

Bathroom was not clean, still had left over clothing from another person before me and no hot water.
Hotel is very clean, bathroom and shower are excellent. Cleaning ladies work incredibly hard, top-tier service! Air conditioning works perfect, and in sea-view rooms it is placed good so it doesn’t blow in your face. Sea view is gorgeous, and beautiful empty beach is right across the road.
No refrigerator at all in any room! No electric kettle either (only rooms with sea view have it). Also TVs are placed very bad, impossible to watch, and actually they don't work in any room.
⚠️ BIG WARNING: Avoid "EKO BÜFE" shop right in the hotel building (not on Google Maps). There are no price tags at all. They overcharged us almost double price! We checked shop down the road and bought exact same things twice cheaper. When we came back with receipt to ask politely, the owner became very aggressive, rude, and yelled to go find another shop. We didn't call tourist police just to not ruin vacation, but please go to other stores down the street for fair prices. Attached photo of this shop so you know it.
What I liked
The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. They offered transportation from the airport to the hotel, and since there is no 24-hour reception, the owner kindly waited for us and personally checked us in. The room was clean, and for a short overnight stay, the hotel serves its basic purpose.
What I didn’t like
The biggest disappointment was that the hotel did not match the impression created by the online photos. The images appear to have been AI-enhanced, making the property look much newer, more modern, and better maintained than it actually is. This creates unrealistic expectations and can be misleading for guests.
In reality, the hotel is an older budget property that would benefit from renovation. The walls and bathrooms showed clear signs of wear, there was a noticeable sewage smell, and the windows and room layout were quite different from what the photos suggested.
We also decided to skip breakfast because the cleanliness and organization of the dining area did not give us confidence.
Overall, this is a simple budget hotel suitable for travelers who only need a place to sleep before continuing their journey. I simply believe the photos should reflect the actual condition of the property more accurately so that guests know exactly what to expect.
The staff was really nice. They upgraded my room for free. Honestly, the location is good if you have a long layover in IST. Also, it is really close to the sea so you can go for a swim as well.
nettes kleines Hotel direkt am schwarzen meer. nicht weit vom flughafen entfernt, aber direkt hinter der startbahn, muss man mögen, mich hat es nicht gestört. die aussicht zum strand ist mega schön, man ist auch in 3 min im wasser. das personal ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

The property was very clean with a comfortable room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was just a road across from the beach and my room had a beach view where you could see sunset and sunrise. Property had a restaurant, I didn’t eat but saw several plates being carried out and all looked very good! There is a small grocery store in the same building which is very convenient.
Secluded from everything but felt very safe.
