I have enjoyed the stay. It’s quite far from the city centre yet close to transportation.
Location. The TV wasn’t working but the response from reception was prompt and the maintenance came in and fixed it.

Disgusting. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. The whole carpet was stained, we did not want to walk on it. The towels were stained and the bathroom was very old and poorly cleaned. We were not expecting a five star hotel but 4 stars for this is a joke. We made sure to stay out in the city for as long as possible to not have to spend more time in our room. Left as early as possible and will never return again.

not worth it to pay that amount to stay there, where you feel is dirty not well connected to city transportation, the staff was ok but not engaging, we were there for work and wifi didnt work ever.

Room, location, decor, cleanliness as walls had damp in corridors from probable leaks with bathrooms. Skirtings fallen off in corridors. Screws protruding on threshold bar to bathroom, caught with barefoot. Night of arrival there was a large group of youths under the undercroft, and it felt intimidating. Their noise continued until 3.30am, along with smell of weed, and I therefore couldn’t sleep. That’s not ideal when been travelling for 6 hours.dont touch it with a barge pole.

The room that we were stay very hot. We can’t almost sleep a whole night because it was too hot in the room. The air condition doesn’t work good. The building looks to old and need to renovation. You can work about 10 minute from hotel to metro station.
