Pros:

Pulitissimo, estremamente accogliente, curato in tutti i dettagli. Colazione eccellente. Non volevo andar più via… consigliatissimo!

Bardzo dobre miejsce na zwiedzanie Xi'an
Pros:

Hotel położony tuż obok stacji metra i bramy Changle. Pokoje duże, z wszystkim co potrzebne. Obsługa co prawda nie zawsze świetnie radzi sobie z angielskim ale spokojnie można się dogadać. Do tego bardzo dobre śniadania w formie szwedzkiego stołu. Szeroki wybór dań, dania zmieniają się każdego dnia. Czego chcieć więcej.

Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, smaczne śniadanie, codziennie zmiana pościeli. Ponieważ nie udało mi się kupić bilety do Xi'an na pierwszy dzień rezerwacji a kupiłem na dzień wcześniej, bezproblemowo udało się zarezerwować o dzień wcześniej

Обучите саоих сотрудников рабочим процессам, базовым фразам на английском.
Pros:

Дизайн номера. Все технологично. Нормальные завтраки. Есть что выбрать тем туристам, которые приехали из европейских стран. Соотношение цена-качество.
Мне показалось, что сотрудники готовы обучаться, хотят лучше выполнять свою работу.

Cons:

Длительное и очень нудное заселение.
Грязное ковровое на покрытие в номере, особенно у стен.
Номер был прокурен.
Персонал не может качественно выполнять свою работу. Это очень обидно, так как сам отель замечательный.
Мы уехали на экскурсию на целый день, зажгли красную кнопку на входе в номер, чтобы нас не беспокоили. Хотели, чтобы в номер без нас не заходили. Там оставались ценные вещи. Сейфа не было.
Когда вернулись, увидели, что в номер заходили, заменили полотенца, застелили кровать, выключили кнопку «не беспокоить». Ковры при этом остались грязные.
При отъезде нам помогли вызвать такси в аэропорт, но сотрудник отеля указал в приложении не тот терминал. Вместо 3, написал 5. Это привело к определенным трудностям.

Modern hotel with great customer service.
Pros:

Location is a little away from the heart centre which makes the hotel surroundings looks local but quiet. The bed is super comfortable and solid. Room is super spacious and technologically connected with all facilities. Customer service is great with front desk staff being very accommodating.

Cons:

I did hear traffic noises from my room as one of smaller windows could not be closed. Air conditioner is a little weak in power and could become an issue in summer. Front desk staff tends to speak too loud when speaking on the phone.
