Posizione centralissima. Doccia con acqua regolabile alla temperatura perfetta. Con le finestre chiuse molto silenzioso. Letto comodissimo.
Difficile muoversi nella camera perché piuttosto basso il soffitto. Pulizia della cucina un po' approssimativa ma non l'abbiamo usata.
Very good location, easy access, good range of facilities with good sound insulation. Would stay again very happily.
Hand showerhead was broken and the blinds in the kitchen were broken. Minor details which I'm sure will be quickly repaired. The flat could get hot with fans helping out.

THE MATTRESS IN THE BEDROOM WAS ON THE FLOOR IN A VERY LOW CEALINF ROOM ...THE PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE PROPERTY WERE NOT CLEAR, VERY MISLEADING. DESCRIPTION SHOILD HAVE BEEN WRITTEN I DID INFORM THE HOST/OWNER THAT PHYSICALY I COULD NOT 'CRAWL' ABOUT IN THE TINY EXTENTION TO SLEEP. ALTERNATIVE APT WAS OFFERED ....SAME BUILDING BUT SIMILAR SET UP. NOT APPROPIATE
Excellent location in the heart of Bristol’s old town. Well designed apartment with good kitchen and excellent bathroom. A very comfortable refuge.
I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect. Right in the center and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and all the main attractions, which made exploring incredibly convenient.
The hotel itself feels cosy and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Cleanliness is clearly a priority here, as everything was spotless throughout my visit.
What stood out most was how easy and pleasant the whole experience felt, no stress, just a comfortable place to come back to after a day out.
Overall, a great all-round hotel that I would happily recommend and stay at again.
Good location. Nice and cosy little apartment. It has everything that you need.
There was a loud constant buzzing noise right outside the window. We've tried reporting it, but the owner just ignored it. We also had issues with blocked shower drain; it took 24h to sort out.

-over all really comfortable and fun apartment
-no aircon or airflow and apartment was 25c at night. Just a small fan.
- no plug sockets near a mirror so you can’t style hair if you want to actually look.
- lots of empty bottles of Nitrous oxide which gad quite clearly been used a drug as it was with balloons in the cupboard (I was looking for an iron) which was a terrible look for the hotel

Malesef tesiste asansör yok ve benim 25 kiloluk bir bagajım vardı, 4.kata kadar çıkıp inmek zorlayıcıydı. O epey zorladı beni, puan kırmama neden olan da bu oldu.
Cosy place, great location, super easy check in and out system
There was a motor that rumbled in the night very loudly which would disturb my sleep. Might have just been my room

The instructions received were good, and entry was fairly straightforward. It was very clean and well appointed: kitchen had hob, oven, sink, dish washer and all crockery and cutlery needed, bathroom was a good size and clean, sitting room with TV was comfortable for one.
The code pad on the main front door was faded so I had to use a torch to make sure I was putting the code in correctly which felt worrying for a woman on her own in a busy street. There were a lot of stairs, no lift. The bed is on a strange raised platform/alcove with deep steps up to it. There was no way to stand up next to the bed, and there was a lot of contortion and bum shuffling needed to get in and out of bed (I am a middle aged, non-athletic woman!). Needed ear plugs for the late night noise from outside as surrounded by clubs and restaurants.

The Bluetooth speaker system in the bathroom was fun and convenient. Spacious kitchen. The Tv was OK.
My partner is 6,4 and unfortunately could not even step foot in the bedroom without hitting his head on the roof. The bed was not what i was expecting… it was a mattress only on the floor. The sofa was also small. The bathroom shower head was in an awkward angle so was hard to shower. Only got provided 2 towels for 3 days
