Déçu, un rabais aurait pu nous avoir été accordé pour le dérangement.

Bord de l’eau, endroit propre

Cons:

Dérangé à 4h30 du matin dimanche par des clients mécontents et bruyants. Pas de personnel sur place pour gérer la crise pendant 1h. Repas au resto pour déjeuner très lent, serveuse c est présenté à la table 3 fois en disant venir la nettoyer et finalement venu avec un essuie-main. Pas insonorisé, nous entendons tout le bruit du couloir et chambre au dessus. J’essaie toujours d’avoir des commentaires constructifs mais cette fois-ci le prix était très élevé pour la qualité du service. C’est malheureux puisque c est un bel endroit.

Pros:

Belle emplacement, porte patio, chaises à notre disposition, climatisation que l'on peut ajustée au besoin, lit confortable et très propre.

Cons:

Nous avons moins apprécié le frigo déjà plein de breuvages à acheter 😅

Beds were double and not queen
No power in bathroom
Extension cord and power bar between beds
Restaurant was horrible. Ordered seafood chowder for $21 and it was such a small amount. It would’ve fit in a tiny coffee cup and when I complained, they said that the kitchen was closed in the waitress was making the food and she didn’t know what she was doing, and it was pre-frozen portions.
Ordered seafood pasta and the portion was so small just like the rest of our meals and my daughter was up sick all night after eating her pasta dinner there
They never told us the kitchen was closed as we were there within the normal operating hours, but they kept coming back telling us they couldn’t make what we were wanting so we had to settle for what they had and then when I complain, they informed me that the kitchen was closed and the waitress was making it herself
Overall, a very poor experience with no staff in the room was not clean
Their reviews are obviously fraudulent as it was reviewed very well online but very pathetic in person
