The breakfast was very nice! Fresh fruit. VERY good waitress. Pretty interior decor. I’m a dinosaur when it comes to electronics. The TV was easy to operate! Thank you. The front desk people were cheerful and helpful.
The quality of the coffee is not good. That is the ONLY criticism I have.
Clean, smelled so fresh. great location. Walk in shower, clean. Breakfast and lobby very inviting. Outdoor pool, workout area and firepit. walking to gas station, and food!
Can be crowded with all the ball players staying with the field nearby.

We were expecting housekeeping but came back at 10 o’clock p.m.,after being gone the entire day, to an unmade bed and no towels or toilet paper provided for the next day. And also our key cards would not work to get in our room when we got back either, had to have those reprogrammed before we could get into our room again.

I asked for a ground floor and they the request was granted but we were placed on 2nd floor!
We were 2 senior women staying for just 1 night. The staff were professional and friendly. Our standard room with 2 queen beds was spacious, spotless, roomy and really comfortable to sleep in. The whole hotel was beautiful. Breakfast options were tasty & a nice variety. There is a very reasonably priced restaurant right next door that had great food. I highly recommend staying here.
We were there for a softball tournament. Cody went above and beyond to help us out. Very helpful,

The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The coffee in the reception/breakfast area was tasty and a good temperature.
The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the white bedspread was great to NOT LOSE items in a busy pattern. The white tops of bedside tables were equally helpful in not losing items.
The shower area was spacious, and I liked the dispensers for shampoo, body wash, etc. The toweling was pristine.
The shower head had no settings for spray/massage etc and was stationary and located way above my head.
I missed the switch for adding heat to the shower area, and I missed the separation many motels/hotels now
have for privacy for toilet and shower from the lavatory.
The heating/cooling unit never quit running, and the temperature of the airflow seemed ALWAYS cool even though we had the thermostat set at 75 to get the room warmed from 65.
There was a rather overpowering scent when I exited our room, which I thought might be carpet cleaner solution.
Finally, we used the Apple Maps app to find the property and the location we were directed to was NOT your location. We arrived at a Culvers that was in your vicinity!! The last direction was to turn RIGHT, but we could SEE your
location and arrive. The last instruction should have been to turn LEFT and then you were on the right.
