Bad apartment
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

The photo in advertising totally different. I feel like being scammed. The kitchen towels is dirty. The wall have mold. The wallpaper has come off and is no longer sticking to the wall. No welcome treat. No wifi even password given but you not connected. Mention apartment facing mountain actually it was facing bushland.

No more future bookings with Glex
Pros:

Quiet surroundings without the hustle bustle of traffic.

Cons:

The property (E21-01-03A) is badly maintained. One of the rooms got no curtain. Airocnd in that particular room is in terrible state and blowing only warm air. I recorded a video to show management but i was given no response. aircond in the rest of the rooms were not working well either, both suffered from airflow blockage.

main door (inside) handle is loose and i thought i could have dislodged it easily simply by pulling the door open.

toilet amenities such as faucets, bidets & shower head holders are not working properly. Toilet flooring is not clean too. ALL DOORS in the unit squeak like we are in a haunted house. some remotes (fan and aircond) are not working. i had to use remotes from other rooms and luckily they are of the same brand and models. A HUGE disappointment despite i have sent message to management and remind them of my concerns 2 weeks before i checked in.

The 3 bedroom apartment shown in pictures does not exist
Pros:

The property is located on a beautiful hillside with a beautiful view and a relaxing environment.

Cons:

We were given the wrong apartment after we checked in and the apartment advertised on booking.com as the 3 bedroom luxury apartment does not exist. They still show the pictures to get the booking BUT THAT IS NOT THE APARTMENT YOU END UP GETTING.

They claim they don’t have the apartment anymore and without options we had to settle for what was given which was a manageable apartment yet disappointed we were not given what was promised.

Nice area and surroundings but the property needs some serious upkeep and maintenance
Pros:

Quiet and serene surroundings. Perfect for family with kids and elderly. The area will still be my first pick on my next trip.

Cons:

A property that is in total lack of maintenance. Bathroom faucet is loose, all air-cond units are lack in periodical service which we can tell by its airflow and room temperature consistency. Few doors are squeaking very badly when opening and closing. Freezer section of the fridge is covered with thick layer of frost till its door won't close. I had to turn off its switch to defrost. Fan (master room) remote control battery is missing altogether. The projector "TV" in living room is pretty much useless too.

Exceptional
Pros:

Wifi and smart TV work perfectly. Basic folk and cutlery prepared. Heater works. Bed very good quality and I'm appreciate for the good view of mountains.

Cons:

Water no filter maybe ipoh has a better water quality . But at least got kettle. Basic passed.
