Хочу рассказать об отдыхе в отеле Гранада Лакшери Белек.
Мы приехали в отель 27 сентября на 14 ночей 7+7 ,на рецепции при заселении сразу предупредили что мы не хотим переезжать с номера в номер чтобы они это отметили и нам не пришлось приходить и напоминать об этом.Шок номер один это ледяные бассейны.
Так как мы ранее отдыхали в этом отеле ранее мы решили поехать на автобусе на пляж,жена подвернула ногу только зашла в автобус так как посреди автобуса была ступенька через какую спотыкались многие отдыхающие люди.Нога сразу опухла и отдых естественно уже был испорчен.На маршруте было три автобуса на двух ступенька сглажена деревянным шитом ,а на одном нет,ни каких предупреждений об опасности не предусмотренно .Гастролейшен сообщили об такой неприятности и попросили как-то решить эту проблему с этим автобусом ,на что она сказала ОК.Так как мы ехали на две недели хотели посетить А-ля карт ресторан,(обычно один раз посещение в неделю бесплатно)но нас ждал сюрприз оказалось что а-ля карт ресторан платный и можно его получить бесплатно если снять кабану ,принципиально мы от такого предложения отказались.Мы были шокированы усталостью этого Лакшери отеля,грязная мебель везде (пляж,лобби,рестораны),прежде чем присесть нужно внимательно посмотреть чтобы не испачкаться.Пляж узкий под наклоном,мы ходили на пляж общественный рядом или на пляжи соседних отелей.Единственное чистое место в отеле это коктейльная комната (очень крутое место).За весь отдых к нам подходили сотрудницы гастролейшен и интересовались как проходит наш отдых,спрашивали номер комнаты, что не нравится,делали удивленное лицо и что-то писали в блокноте,но ничего не менялось ни по ситуации с автобусом ,ни по грязной мебели.
Матрас был у нас продавлен как и подушки и было очень не удобно спать ,минибар пополняли не пойми как.В ванной тоже расходники не пополняли ушные палочки и спонжики купили себе в мини маркете напротив.Шампунь и гель лучше брать свои.

Pros:

Before booking, I hesitated for a long time because the hotel is not on the first beach line — but I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The property is huge, beautifully maintained, with plenty of areas to relax. Several water parks with slides for all ages, a lazy river, two sand-bottom pools, and the largest open-air pool I’ve ever seen. There is also a quiet 18+ area where you can fully unwind.

The evening entertainment is truly impressive. Every night there are professional shows, and one evening even featured a drone performance — something I’ve never experienced in a hotel before.

But what made the biggest impression on me was the atmosphere and the people. The staff are incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely willing to help with anything. A special thank you to Laure at the reception — her kindness and care made my stay even more enjoyable. I honestly didn’t want to leave.

A free shuttle to the beach runs every 30 minutes. I went once, and all the other days I happily stayed on the property — it’s that comfortable and interesting.

The hotel left me with such warm memories. I would gladly return.

Honestly, everything was wonderful. I have no complaints at all.

Mine was a 4 day stay, I don’t think I would have gone there for any longer, if I’d known about the building site.
Pros:

First room was very noisy. There was building work opposite my room. There was a massive crane too, digging from an early hour. They then gave me a very nice room.

Cons:

It was too far out of town.
The food was out for hours, and we all suffered from diarrhoea on several days. The baby had it, and was very ill. On return, she was hospitalised and the doctors said she had a bacterial infection from Turkey.
Very few staff, except reception staff, spoke any English at all.

Everything! Havent been to a resort as good as this.

Cons:

The cats intruding the dining space. They nust keep the cats out of the food hall during breakfast, lunch and hygiene as that can raise questions on hygiene.
