A family holiday spoiled by illness, poor food and a crowded, smoky beach.
Pros:

The staff were kind and helpful, housekeeping was good, and the hotel’s facilities were generally well maintained.

Cons:

We stayed for seven nights in October with our one-year-old child. The most serious issue was that all three of us became ill with severe gastrointestinal symptoms during our stay. We were also aware of other guests experiencing similar symptoms. This seriously disrupted our holiday.

The food itself was very disappointing. We found it bland and of poor overall quality.

When we sought medical help, we were quoted €150 for a consultation with the private on-site doctor. Being faced with this charge while the whole family was unwell, including our one-year-old, was particularly frustrating.

The beach was small, dirty and overcrowded. The “No Smoking Area” signs were routinely ignored. With so many people close together and guests smoking around us, spending time on the beach was very unpleasant, especially with a young child.

Despite the helpful staff and good housekeeping, the overall experience was quite disappointing. Totally overpriced and most certainly is far from a 5-star experience.

Overall, a lovely stay, but the last day left us disappointed.
Pros:

The facilities are amazing, especially for children. The hotel is spacious and offers a free shuttle service to a private beach. Most of the staff speak English, and the food is delicious.

Cons:

The main reason I’m giving this hotel a 4-star rating is that, on our last day, we discovered that a valuable item was missing from our room. When we reported the incident, the staff delayed addressing the issue and offered no solutions. They even claimed that the security camera footage was inconclusive because the camera did not capture the entire doorway, showing only the upper part of it. Most disappointing of all, we have not received a single follow-up from the hotel since reporting the incident, and no one has contacted us to explain what happened or provide an update. This lack of transparency, accountability, and communication was extremely disappointing.

Het was oke.
Pros:

Veel zwemgelegenheid voor zowel volwassenen als kinderen. Baby/kinderclub, parken en zwembaden genoeg voor kinderen. Ook voor volwassenen fijne zwemgelegenheid. Naar de strand is er transfer. Ook fijn geregeld.

Cons:

De bediening van de receptie. Ten eerste kwamen wij rond 01:00 aan en werden wij niet goed ontvangen buiten. We hebben onze eigen koffers moeten uitladen terwijl de medewerkers stonden te kletsen. Daarnaast heb ik meerdere keren moeten bellen voor hulp met koffers en voor een babybed. Er wordt steeds gezegd dat er iemand aankomt, maar na 3/4 uurtjes en paar keer boos bellen nog steeds niets. De medewerkers hebben slechte communicatie onderling. Ook vind ik de isolatie van de kamers (familiekamer) niks. Je hoort de buren en zelfs de bovenburen alsof ze naast je staan en dit op normale toon.

un cadre agréable, service au petit soin, on ne s'ennuie pas, beaucoup d'activités, très bonne prise en charge

كل شي ممتاز خاصتا موضف الاستقبال هو كان شاب لطيف اعتقد اسمها ڤولكان صغير بالعمر لكن محترم الى حد مو طبيعي

التكسي طلبت خدمة توصيل الى المطار اتى سايق تكسي لم يكن محترم وكان مخفي العداد السعر ومن وصلنا اخذ مني 65 دولا رغم التوصيلة لا يتجاوز 45 دولار استغل تاخري عن موعد الطيران ولم اتمكن من مناقشتها هوة الفرق ليسة مبلغ محرز انما المصداقية لانني طلبت من الفندق فيجب الفندق تعامل مع شركات او سواق محترمين
