Staff could hardly even speak English. Entrance was outside. Ew. Door was hard to get in. Latch to door wouldn't shut without slamming it. Bed was not comfortable. King size bed and only 3 small pillows. No comforter but a poor excuse of a blanket

I felt like the first person to ever stay at this room. I mean that in the best way. The room was spotless with very little wear.

The service was excellent and it is well located for my purposes.

Staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, refrigerator was a bonus! Lots of walkable food and amenity options.

Bed was hard room smell like cigarettes and room next to us smell like they were smoking

My fiancé and I traveled to Houston for a retirement party. I thought I selected someplace close to the venue (which was near Hobby Airport). However, this location actually proved to be very accommodating. It's a new property, as evident by the faint smell of fresh paint - LOL! However, the room was clean and functional. The only gripe is the "bedspread" was too thin...it was better described as a thick sheet. I recommend there be an extra blanket be kept in the room. Even in the humidity, you want a comfy sleep.

I was pleasantly surprised. At the price I was skeptical but was very nice and clean. I will be back.

The place is new and overall good shape, but there were cigarette burns in the comforter, along with just the bed in general was very very firm not very comfortable to sleep on.(I know, opinion)
Breakfast was some million degree burnt coffee, pop tarts, and muffins which I get it, you get what you pay for.
Our main issue, however, was the room was in the 80s when we got there, unit was off. We turned the air conditioner on full blast, and it took several hours to cool down, and even overnight never got very cool. The room was unusable for several hours unless you wanted to sit there and sweat to death. We sat hovering over the air conditioning unit to get some relief, didn’t have much other choice. I guess they turn everything off to save money, but then what happens when you book it? Not a great user experience.

Breakfast could b better, bed was TO HARD Thicker comforter would have been nice. Overall, this place was very clean with nice hot shower very comfortable. Would do again.

Very clean, daily housekeeping is very nice, hotel staff was very kind and helpful! My husband and i loved it!

Everything was good other than the room being hot because it took a minute for the air to circulate around the room. The people under kept calling the office about my kids being on the floor which was crazy because they were in the bed at the time but overall it was clean and everything.. The air just didn’t work until hours later

Stay was enjoyable everything looked new and very clean, full size fridge, nice size Tv. Enjoyable stay very clean. The only bad thing I would say is Breakfast consisted of a poptart, a muffin and a banana. Coffee was ok.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay here. New hotel so everything is spotless.

The staff was very friendly and they are pet friendly which is very convenient for me so I don’t have to leave my pup at home

The cleaners could clean floors better and stop knocking on the door 30 mins before check out to remind you to check out . I've never experienced something like that it's a little unprofessional . But other than that it's a nice place to stay in ...
