Die Eigentümer des Hotels waren sehr, sehr nett und das Frühstück war echt klasse, besonders die selbstgemachte beschwipste Birne!

Paradiesische Ruhe im lebhaften Quartier
Pros:

Das Haus und die Zimmer (mit einem kleinen Balkon) sind ruhig gelegen in einer freundlichen Innenhofsituation. Im Umfeld befinden sich zahlreiche nette Geschäfte und Restaurants. Das Zentrum ist nicht weit entfernt. Das Zimmer war großzügig, das Bad modern und ansprechend.

Sehr persönlicher Service.

Cons:

Mit dem Parkplätzen ist es in der Gegend sehr schwierig. Die teilweise zu mieten in Parkplätzen sind auch eher umständlich zu erreichen, häufig ist die Einfahrt zugeparkt. So oft bei meiner Ankunft. Ich konnte nicht eben kurz auf dem Grundstück oder davor halten, um einzuchecken, sondern musste stattdessen mit dem ganzen Gepäck 10 Minuten laufen. Das muss man wissen! sc

Pros:

Haben leider aus Versehen "ohne Frühstück" gebucht. Wegen Auslastung konnten wir unsere Kinder nicht zum Frühstück einladen und mussten demzufolge Außerhalb frühstücken.

Cons:

Nichts zu erwähnen. Alles gut.

Pros:

A beautiful old building, meticulously restored and spotlessly clean. Our room was spacious and lovely. The hosts were incredibly friendly, and breakfast was very good. Everything was well cared for, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet courtyard (Hof), yet conveniently close to everything. It’s just a 5–6 minute walk to the U2 or U8 subway lines at Josephsplatz or Theresienstraße, and there are plenty of restaurants just a few short blocks away. It’s an ideal base for exploring the city while still enjoying a peaceful setting.

We would happily return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

Pros:

Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit der Inhaber und sehr angenehme persönliche Korrespondenz bzgl. Individueller Anliegen. Wirklich außergewöhnlich und dabei noch sehr gut gelegen in Nähe der (t) Universität. Parkplatzanliegen wurden ebenfalls kurzfristig gelöst. Gerade für Vielreisende wie mich macht diese Mischung aus persönlicher Note und Professionalität letztendlich den Unterschied. Hier passt auch noch die Qualität der sehr ruhigen und geschmackvoll gestalteten Zimmer.

Pros:

Virkelig hyggeligt hotel med en super beliggenhed. Imødekommende og venligt personale, servicemindede og virkelig lækker morgenmad.
Et sted man bare vil tilbage til.

Falls wir wieder etwas in München zu tun haben, würden wir dort zu erst fragen, ob eine Suite frei
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Die Auffstriche und das Müsli waren hausgemacht. Jeder konnte sein Frühstück selbst zusammenstellen und wurde bedient. Alles wurde frisch zubereitet und stand nicht ewig auf irgendeinem Büfett. Die Lage war sehr praktisch, denn vieles konnte man per pedes in 20 bis 40 Minuten erreichen.

Cute bed and breakfast in a nice neighborhood!
Pros:

It was only 10 minutes from the metro stop. The owners were lovely! The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable! They kept our luggage during the day.

Cons:

It was warm at night, we were there during the summer heat wave.
