Cute bed and breakfast in a nice neighborhood!
Pros:

It was only 10 minutes from the metro stop. The owners were lovely! The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable! They kept our luggage during the day.

Cons:

It was warm at night, we were there during the summer heat wave.

A nice quick stay, very quiet and clean property

Loved the cleanliness of the room and the location of the property. Super close to public transport (5 min walk to U station). Nice and quiet :)

Cons:

The reception only works during certain hours and the check in is later than usual so a bit of a confusing situation. We didn’t get the door code in advance (didn’t know there would be one too) so if there was even a chance to check in earlier we couldn’t have known. Also, didn’t know how checking out was going to go (no information) but thankfully we ran into the owner on our way out.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! First of all, the hotel is very very clean. It doesn’t look fancy or modern but the lobby, breakfast area, and room were all immaculate. The rooms are old and small but I had a great room on the 4th floor overlooking the street. I was able to open the window and it was quiet.

The bed is soft. I don’t mind a soft bed but I know that’s not preferable for some people. My room had a great shower with a tub. I don’t believe there is air conditioning in the room, perhaps double check if that is important for you.

I LOVED the location. Just outside of the hustle and bustle of old town Marienplatz. It’s a 5ish minute walk to Dallmayr. And also very close to the Viktullien Market. There is a cute Italian restaurant on the corner.

Breakfast was wonderful! It was also included in the price of the room. Many options of eggs, cheese, yogurt, salmon, meats, bread, juices, and fruits.

The hotel seems very safe. It wasn’t busy when I stayed and they offered me a room upgrade, early check in, and late check out. The staff was absolutely wonderful. There is also an area to store luggage after check out. There is also an elevator.

The hotel is close to two different S Bahn stations. Both go directly to the airport in 40ish minutes.

Basically, if you’re looking for modern and chic I would not stay here. But if you are looking for something clean and quiet (without a lot of charm) very near old town, it is a wonderful hotel.

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer, Style und Materialuen top

Cons:

Durch den Hof ist es sehr laut. Der sehr früh aktive Major Domus rumpelt mit Mülltonnen und steht schon vor 7 Uhr früh vor dem offenen bodentiefem Fenster - mit wäre fast das Herz stehen geblieben
