Absolute Empfehlung für München
Pros:

Charmantes, kleines Hotel mitten in München und trotzdem schön ruhig. Liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ordentlich, herzliches Gastgeberpaar, sehr feines Frühstück (hausgemachte Marmelade). Hebt sich klar ab von den anonymen Hotelbunkern, die man in Großstädten oft antrifft.

Cons:

Nichts. Das ist ja das Schöne.

Great Little Hotel!
Pros:

A small, quirky, pristine little hotel in a quiet, out-of-the-way courtyard with good access to central Munich.

Cons:

The metro stops are close enough but the line is a bit roundabout, going over the main station for places downtown. Taxi is a bit more convenient.

Kameralny hotel w spokojnej okolicy, obok włoska restauracja, a 350m świetna bawarska.
Czysty i zadbany obiekt. Uwaga - recepcja tylko do 11-tej, klucze odbieramy ze schowka z kodem.

Cons:

Śniadania bardzo skromne.
Wczesna godzina check-out (10:30).

Disappointing. Description of hotel claims should be verified.
Pros:

It’s a quaint, elegantly decorated boutique hotel very close to a metro subway station that provides seamless connection to the mitte district. The linens were clean and fresh. The room had wooden floors which is something we value because of my allergies. The breakfast staff was diligent and attentive. Parking onsite.

Cons:

Contrary to claims made via Booking.com, the room didn’t have a “laptop safe” or any safe for that matter. This is an important feature in my work and one that I check every time I book with Booking.com.
The pillows were all so flimsy and so thin making sleep nearly impossible.
The room we suspect was not properly “aired out” and the room stank ( most likely because food was brought inside and the room wasn't ventilated enough) when we checked in at around 4 pn. Unfortunately, no one at the reception could help you as the reception is only manned until 11:00 am.
Also the hotel does not follow the usual protocol on room cleaning. There is no “please do not disturb / please make up room” card that you can use to properly
manage the access to you room by the cleaning staff. We had important documents that we needed to keep private and grabbed a quick breakfast, planning to first finish my online meetings and then leave the room, call for the room make up service afterwards. Alas, and to our horror, the cleaning lady was already in our room without even calling our attention nor asking for permission. We mentioned this to owner, but she casually dismissed our concerns, saying” oh she’s a trusted old hand.” Whilst nothing was amiss, we value our privacy and consider the intrusion something that could've been managed with proper communication. Regrettably the hotel owners have no appreciation of this concept and treats the same so cavalierly.
Also for the price, the breakfast consisted only of coffee, bread, butter, cheese and bread. They didn’t even have omelette or bacon. No fresh fruits. I will rate the breakfast as mediocre at best.
