The bathrooom and toilet should be partitioned to increase convenience.

I took room with you to lake, beautiful room, beautiful location.
Cleaning staff is extremely noisy, chatting, creating ruckus in wee hours in corridor and neighbours rooms.
The view from the room was really nice
10/10 location and view (I was in a lake view room), hard to get that elsewhere at the same price. The lake is next door, Lotte Centre Hanoi is within walking distance. Plenty of good coffee shops and food shops nearby for people who want to try Vietnamese cuisine, though I’m a native Vietnamese so this point doesn’t really apply to me.
The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful.
If you reach the hotel late at night, it would look like the hotel is closed as all doors are closed tight, despite there’s someone standing by all of the time. If the hotel is “closed” for you, just press the bell. The hotel should probably find a way to make tourists not think they are fully closed at night.
Hotel very close to city center
Bathroom door can not use normally.
There were little smoke smell in the room.
Close to road and it has busy traffic till night, it can't be avoid. If you want to order this room, please make sure.

Super view on the lake, which is right next to the hotel.
