快適！
Pros:

彼らの対応はいつも早く、アプリがうまく利用できない場合に備え、カードキーを用意してくれたり、フォローも完璧でした。そして、部屋は広く写真通りでとても快適です。近くにスーパーやパン屋さんもあるので、キッチンは役に立ちます。ガラタ塔へは10-12分で行くことができるので、ロケーションも最高でした！

Cons:

十分満足ですが、洗濯機があればより最高になるでしょう。それと、私たちの部屋は最上階の４階でエレベーターがないことを記載があってもよいかもしれません。

Впечатления о поездке были испорчены уровнем предоставленного сервиса объекта размещения.
Pros:

Расположение не плохое.
Недалеко улица Истикляль и несколько продуктовых магазинов.
Больше положительного ничего нет.

Cons:

1. Апартаменты не соответствуют фото на сайте. Описание и указанные опции отличаются от фактического. Реальная площадь 2-х этажных апартаментов максимум 30 кв. м.
2. Шумоизоляции нет, слышен любой шум с улицы при закрытых окнах и дверях. Дверь выглядит надежно, но закрывается не плотно. Слышно все что происходит за дверью и каждого кто проходит по лестнице.
3. Нет вентиляции в уборной и в целом в апартаментах, из-за этого постоянный запах сырости; душ практически отломан, горячая вода идет плохо; постоянно гудит электрошкаф; много сколов и ржавчины на металлических частях мебели, комплектация мини-кухни чисто символическая; электробатарея только на нижнем этаже, кафельные полы в спальне без подогрева.
4. Отсутствуют какие либо предметы для поддержания чистоты, куда вынести мусор - найди сам, уборка в апартаментах отсутствует.
5. Неоднократно замечены пауки и прочие насекомые.
6. Также в момент заезда был сломан домофон, чтобы попасть внутрь пришлось будить других отдыхающих в 4 утра.
Альтернативный вариант доступа сообщили только к концу дня.
7. Два первых дня не работал Wi-Fi, не смотря на указание важности его наличия альтернативных источников предоставления доступа в интернет предоставлено не было.
8. Не смотря на замечания владелец не предложил каких-либо вариантов решения. Владелец общался исключительно через мессенджер сайта аренды с определенной задержкой на ответ. Личная встреча не предлагалась.

Pros:

För det första vill jag säga att bilderna på Bookningssidan är vilseledande. På bilderna av lägenheten som vi bokade fanns det en balkong, men vi fick en lägenhet i källarvåningen. (Jag har lagt upp bilder för att visa andra – var försiktiga så att ni inte blir lurade.)

Det finns ingen personal tillgänglig; man måste skicka meddelanden och vänta på svar.

I lägenheten finns ingen mikrovågsugn och det finns ingen möjlighet att tvätta kläder eftersom det inte finns någon tvättmaskin.

Området där lägenheten ligger är inte rent.

Lägenheten är i behov av reparation.

I lägenheten på bottenvåningen (som vi fick) finns det ingen ventilation alls.

Om någon går i trapphuset hörs det väldigt tydligt, särskilt inne i lägenheten.

Mitt sista råd är att kontrollera att bilderna verkligen stämmer innan ni bokar.

Cons:

Mycket ljud i omgivningen.

We liked the location. The apartment is cozy with everything necessary for living. The owner of the apartment was very polite, quickly responded to messages, quickly changed the hair dryer that did not work, checked in the apartment before the appointed time.

Cons:

The apartment smelled strongly of cigarettes. The apartment looked different from the photos. In reality, the furniture was shabby, the floor was scuffed. There was a big hole in the wall.
The apartment needs cosmetic repair.
