Just for our 1 night stay it was adequate, breakfast was poor for the cost
Pros:

Location good for what we wanted

Cons:

Not sign posted enough to where it was, phots that advertised the z hotel were not the same hotel. Room was small.

Cons:

The room was a little too cosy. For 1 night, it was fine. It did have everything we wanted but we could only get out of bed on one side

Pros:

El personal del hotel fue muy amable, me permitieron dejar las maletas antes de hacer el check-in y días más tarde, hice el check-out y me guardaron las maletas para que siguiera disfrutando de ese día, sin ir con las maletas encima. Muy bien

Pros:

Close to everything I wanted. Loved an early morning walk along The Strand. Staff kept my luggage. Young and very friendly and happy staff.

Cons:

I was a bit worried about having a room with no window, but it was great. Ground floor. Easy access. Felt very safe. Nothing I didn't like!

Handy stay
Pros:

Cosy, quiet room, making good use of a small space. Staff were helpful and welcoming, especially with luggage storage and leaving stored bags in our room prior to our check in.
Breakfast was good and free for children. Having a lovely oat cappuccino made and served to the table was a bonus.
The umbrella loan was also much appreciated.

Cons:

N/A Nothing to criticise.

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Z Hotel London. The location was excellent, but what made my experience truly special was the people. Every person I met was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I genuinely felt looked after and had a lovely feeling of being at home.

The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, and the lively central location was perfect for exploring London. I would happily stay again!

Had an enjoyable time, would book bigger room next time

Everything we wanted to see and do was close by, so the location was excellent

Cons:

The room was too small and cramped not really suitable for two people and not enough space to hang clothes u. Felt a bit closed in

Beware the room is a tiny shoebox, but kinda what we expected for London. However, not even enough room or any place to open one suitcase made things a bit hard
