It was an amazing stay.
Pros:

It was very neat, modern and classy.

Cons:

It had no heater. We were freezing but the staff said they used a central heating system so I guess it was not their fault.

不會再次入住，非常的不愉快，感受非常不好
Cons:

事前確認過住宿內容、房間樣式、訂房網站等詳細內容，都在電話再次確認後才預訂了房間。
然而到了現在被要求需要再繳交6萬左右的費用，
知道追加費用後，希望能夠退款，然而又告知我不能夠退款，這讓我感覺很不愉快。
最後沒有辦法，繳了款項，這我覺得非常的不合理。

另外，房間的電視無法觀看，服務人員來了兩次，也不知道如何處理，這個部分我也覺得很不合理。

Nice location, but not worth it
Pros:

Nice location near the bus terminal and good infra nearby (restaurants, convenience stores).

Cons:

Quite atypical check-in timing for weekends. The walls are not soundproof at all (I recommend avoiding the room near elevator). The room description said that there was a game console in the room and the photos also showed it but there wasn’t any. The toilet also broke down by the end of my stay. Wouldn’t come back again.

Pros:

지하주차장은 좁았지만 지상주차장에 편하게 주차할 수 있었고 내부는 생각보다 넓직했지만 환풍기 소리가 엄청 거슬려요. 휴지도 여분을 안주셔서 2박 3일 연박하면서 마지막날 밤부터는 그냥 크리넥스 사용했네요. 연박하시는 분들은 미리 청소서비스 요청해두시면 좋을것 같아요

Great room LATE check in
Pros:

The room and bathroom were huge and the toiletries supplied smelled fantastic! It was really handy for the bus station and restaurants, supermarkets.

Cons:

You can't check in until 20:00 on weekends, thankfully they let us leave our bags earlier but it was still a longer wait than we were expecting, as we foolishly assumed check in would be at 16:00.

Location was good, but won't be staying here again
Pros:

To be honest, there were a few questionable things during my stay, but I’d like to focus on some positives.

First, the location is great. There are shops, convenience stores, and the express bus terminal nearby, which made it easy to get around. Second, the beds were comfortable. The bedding was a bit loose at times, but overall it was very nice. Also, having streaming services like Netflix was a big plus.

Cons:

I had reserved the Run of House (Double Room) two weeks in advance. During the week of my check-in, I noticed that the room prices had gone up. I’m not sure if that was the reason, but I received a message on my phone saying I would need to pay an additional 30,000 KRW to stay at the hotel.

I was a bit skeptical, as nowhere on Booking.com did it state that there would be any extra fees. I contacted Booking.com customer service, and in the end, since there was no mention of an additional fee during the booking process, we agreed that I should not have to pay it. Booking.com also informed the hotel that if they insisted on the extra payment, there would be consequences.

When I checked in, the front desk did ask for the additional fee, but after I explained the situation, they gave me the room card without any further issue.

Also, the room I was given looked nothing like the photos. It seems like I was given the smallest double room, which is not shown in any of the pictures. If that’s the case, I don't think it’s fair to charge the same price as the other double rooms.

If you check the fire escape map, most of the rooms appear to be the same size, except for one near the elevator—which is noticeably smaller. That seems to be the one I was given.

Because of these issues, I definitely won’t be staying here again.

세련되고 밝은 느낌, 깨끗해서 좋았어요~
Pros:

6세 3세 아이와 함께 2박 머물렀습니다. 새로지은지 얼마안된건지 건물도 세련되게 예뻤고 침구도 화장실 소파 다 깨끗했어요. 저녁에 쌀쌀한 날씨라서 애들이 추워했는데 욕조가 있어 뜨거운물에 몸을 녹일수 있어서 좋았어요. 내부인테리어도 다른 숙소들과 다르게 컬러풀한 색상 세련된 느낌이였어요. 대전이 처음인 저희 가족들에게는 터미널 바로 옆이라서 카페, 식당, 홈플러스도 가깝고 어디 이동하기에 딱 좋은 위치였어요. 다만 식탁 의자 소파가 모서리가 각지고 딱딱하다보니 아이들이 다닐때 조심해야합니다. 중앙난방이라 그게 좀 불편한듯요 저희는 2박이다보니 둘째날(토욜) 19시쯤 들어왔는데 아침저녁으로 쌀쌀해지는 날씨에는 내부가 서늘한 편이였어요. 무엇보다 건물 지을때 주차장도 신경썼으면 좋았을껄 싶네요... 전반적으로 가성비 좋고 깨끗해서 좋았어요~
