A +++ rating for my host "Grace" who even came to pick me up at the airport"" and always available for any questions.

Pros:

I like that the unit has hot shower bidet,air-con,refrigerator internet and TV. It is also a walking distance to SM North and Trinoma. The security guards are helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The cabinet under the kitchen sink needs deep and thorough cleaning. There's water leakage from the shower stall going to bathroom floor.. The base of the toilet bowl needs cleaning too.

Pros:

The location was good for us bc we had family in the area, and you can walk to SM North EDSA without walking street level. AC worked well and so did the water pressure was good.

Includes body soap, toothpaste, toothbrush. Internet was stable

Cons:

There were at least 2 new cockroaches we had to kill each time we walked into the place. And no hair dryer. Closet is quite dusty. Sink is...rinse everything before you use it.

You have to sign up ahead of time to use the gym. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but looked nice.

I would not hesitate to stay here again
Pros:

Location is ideal, unit is in a very secure area and host is very responsive

Pros:

owner was incredibly accommodating. even though we arrived very late after attending a corporate event, the owner still went out her way to assist us upon lodging.

Cons:

this isn’t anything negative. we actually appreciate the extra layer of security that the security staff put into. we were asked to present our IDs at least twice on different entrances of the establishment.
