Pros:

Beautifully decorated rooms and very spacious. Absolutely immaculate, great communication from staff. Centrally located yet very peaceful.

Brilliant location, cocktails nice and good value for money

We found the air con panel on the wall was bright when you where sleeping.

Lighting in room, especially by big mirror could have been better. Also found bathroom door very hard/noisy to close.

Was very noisy on Main Street and corridors noise late on , did not realise was part of Indian Restaurant below although staff were excellent

Preswick is lovely the hotel was great and I walking distance to everything highly recommend 😃😃

The property was in a great location and very clean
The breakfast was great and our waitress was lovely but didn’t get her name

Pros:

Breakfast was great, filled us for the whole day and the lady serving breakfast was lovely and chatty. Location great. Nice keycode system for the room.

Cons:

The only thing I would say is that the heating was pre set to 20 degrees maximum and I couldn't get it any warmer, I did find the room quite cold.

Lovely 2 nights away.
Pros:

The location was fantastic and very close to train station and bus stop,the staff were friendly and informative and the restaurant was breakfast staff were nice.

An emergency stop over that pulled out all the stops.
Pros:

Very friendly staff, lovely freshly decorated bedrooms with large comfy bed, plush carpets and excellent shower. Breakfast is included and an absolute feast of Scottish trad breakfast with an Indian twist.
