Atendeu minhas necessidades.
Pros:

O anfitrião Arthur é muito atencioso e compreensível. Pelo preço a estadia foi boa.

Cons:

Poderia colocar uma cama ao invés de almofadas no chão, para o terceiro hóspede.

O lugar é incrível e atende todas as minhas necessidades, por isso tem se tornado minha casa sempre que eu for em SP. Além de contar com uma localização tão perto da estação, o que facilita bastante a deslocação.
