Room is old

La station de train est très proche et se rendre à Venise prend max 20.min pour 6 euros. Petsonnel très gentil, et très serviable. On a pu laisser notre voiture au garage ce qui est sécuritaire.

We were greeted by Luisa who was very friendly and a joy to be with. When we got there we were booked in the old building. Luisa listened to our feedback and accommodated us to a newer room in the main building. We quickly became friends with Luisa who was the best part of our trip!

If you are staying outside of Venice, but looking for a peaceful and well located commuter town, this property is a good option. It is conveniently located near the main train station to get into Venice, and the bus stop is also around the corner.

Overall, the communal areas of the hotel are maintained to the standard of a 4* hotel, but the rooms need some inprovement. The main issue is the bathroom, which has visible mould around the shower. The ceiling is also experiencing damp. The rooms themselves are a good size, with a comforable bed. There was also a kettle with a selection of herbal teas. A hotel with this rating should really provide slippers - there is no point showering, only to then collect dust and bring it in to the bed.

Breakfast was excellent, there was always a good selection of sweet and savoury options. The main lady in charge of breakfast (with the dark hair) needs to make a rule and stick with it - you either let people with bags in, or you don't. There can't be different rules for different guests...

Fantastic place with awesome staffs and great breakfast. Love it.

Louise at the front desk was extremely helpful. The dining ladies were very rude to my kids because they left too much food on their plates, I was charged a waste fee. I'm just glad my kids tried new things, even though they didn't like it. Air conditioning wasn't working, beds were springy and hard. I don't think I will be going back.

Staff was very helpul with train times and when our luggage was lost by the airlines, theya allowed us phone usage to solve the issue.

Trevlig och behjälplig personal, bra läge, men väldigt slitet hotell, AC fungerar knappt och badrummet ofräscht. Trångt garage.

All good in average. Breakfast could be a little improved, but staff were super attentive and polite. For what I was searching it was great. Train station close by making it super easy to go to Venice and free car parking available. Nice places to eat nearby.

Hotel is verouderd en geen 4 sterren waard. Badkamers mogen zeker een opknapbeurt krijgen. Ontbijt was goed, tamelijk uitgebreid. Supervriendelijk personeel. Op wandelafstand van treinstation

Tutto ok altro che Mestre ,si trova in un bel paesino,di sera ci sono tanti locali aperti per bere o cenare,la colazione era buona ,c’era tanta scelta , la mia camera era bellissima.

This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel! It is really run down, the laminate floor in the room is falling apart. However, the loveliest staff both at the checkin and checkout. We left at 5 am and they put together a takeaway food (apples, crackers, water). The hotel in in a nice area.

Nice hotel with a very good breakfast

Clean, staff very helpful, breakfast options diverse. Facility is older and needs updating. Surprised there was no iron available at all.
Location is great, close to shopping, dining, couple minutes walking to train station that takes you directly to Venice. Parking garage is tight, but safe and secure.

Peccato , albergo situato in posizione strategica . A 2 passi dalla stazione e dal centro di Mogliano Veneto. Però il garage per accedere con l'auto è molto inadeguato per vetture lunghe e basse. La colazione è sotto le aspettative , pochi posti a sedere , scarsa varietà di alimenti e assenza di un bar.
